Brandon, Randal and Josiah the installers were very curtesy nice and friendly. Couldn’t ask for any better with how they did there job and conduct.

We signed up to have a new shower installed on August 10, 2026. We ordered a shower with the dimensions of 60W x 40D x 97H. We wanted the wall vertically to stop at the end of the acrylic sheet. The install crew told us they found transition pieces loaded in their truck They assumed that the contract agreement was changed without ever verifying The shower doors were installed but only one would glide easily, while the other was dragging and hard to open. The right wall was done correctly but, the left one was a complete disaster! So, they attempted to ‘fix’ the problem by placing painters’ tape on the transition piece and the sub wall.This job was supposed to be done in one day and no more than two days. I took pictures of the gaps for proof. The next day I got an appointment for August 12, 2026 at 3:45pm. He stated that he would need more time and that the entire wall of the shower would have to be removed and replaced. He said that due to the work being more extensive he would have to call his boss and explain the situation. Therefore, we had him adjust the screwed-up shower door that was dragging. August 14, 2026 another technician showed up who discussed using a different technique. The repair to the left wall looked more professional. We requested the right wall to be fixed to match the left wall. Upon completion the shower was finally done, 5 days later! West Shore Homes said they would not discuss any compensation until the job was complete and as of today, August 22, 2026, we have not heard anything from them. According to our signed contract we did NOT get the shower we wanted. The walls we too high and not what was in our signed contract. The shoddy installation was horrible. We feel this company misrepresented their ability to perform the job in a professional manner at the appropriate amount of time. We want compensation for the shower we did NOT get as per our contract!

Mat & Jay performed tirelessly to create such an absolutely beautiful shower enclosure. I could not have asked for better results. The enclosure is truly a showcase masterpiece (5 Star). I would highly recommend West Shore to anyone thinking of getting rid of a bathtub in favor of a shower enclosure.

Paid $17k. Expected a top professional job. Workmen screwed into non code electrical wiring in the floor. No fault of theirs but were forced to tear up the floor and hire an electrician to make repairs. After one day, we noticed the shower door was not level and closed on its own weight. Additionally the Shower wall began peeling away from the wall the day after installation. Repairman arrived (late due to bad weather) and agreed with our assessment. He ordered items and advised he would return to make repairs. However, he could not advise when this would be done. Will do a follow up review if/ when repairs are done correctly.

Mike, Gabe, Dylan, Jorge, Xavier and Marcus were hard workers. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.

Brandon W, did great work installing a storm door while upgrading to a new higher quality storm door. He also did very good job installing this one compared to the one we had removed.

Had 2 bathrooms done a few months ago. Paid a lot because they get in done in 2-3 days. they did a pretty good job for the most part. But a month after they finished, we painted the walls and discovered they used non-paintable caulk everywhere. as we've had time available, we've tried various methods to fix it. Paid all that money and it looks crappy because of the caulk. (Also several places where they installed baseboard and nails weren't all the way through. Like could jab a person.) Speed of install was good. But ended up with a time consuming mess that still doesn't look finished. (Installed around Feb 2026 in Volant, PA)

Today, I had Alejandro A and Jorge La Rosa to complete a job for our front windows. I must admit. Their workmanship far exceeded my expectations. They were very methological, professional and exhibited great attention to detail. In addition, they were polite, courteous, and and exhibited excellent customer service skills. It is without reservation that I highly recommend them for any and all future work. They reflect greatly upon the quality and character of the Westshore Organization and Staff. Job well done!!

We signed a contract to get three exterior doors and color matched storm doors. Informed by sales rep Corey there would be 2 men working on each door during installation. Reality only three installers showed up and took all day to finish once a 4th installer showed up late afternoon. The doors are top notch and storm doors look great, very pleased with product. The issue we had was mortar was broken on our patio stairwell with door installation, installer did tell us when it happened. West Shore advertises full remodeling and repair services, but that is untrue, they sub-contract. They do not repair concrete or mortar, after 3 months still unable to subcontract to fix this issue. After back and forth dialog and getting no where near fixed, no subcontractor. WestShore did agree to reimburse me for repairs but no contractor wants to do such a small job. While I like the doors, I dislike their customer service to ensure full satisfaction. Pictures and concerns not forwarded to repairman by sales rep. I would not recommend using West Shore.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever!
After spending over $5000 for a new front door and storm door, I was told at installation that my front door lockset was faulty and that the weather stripping was bent. I was assured that the replacement was ordered and would be in soon. Fast forward 2 months and I still don't have my lockset and the entire cylinder has fallen out of the door knob. Like any normal person I keep trying to get someone in customer service to figure out where the parts are. 2 hours on hold waiting for anyone. Then I'm passed to different agents.
The day has arrived that I'm getting my new lockset and, guess what, it's not on the truck. In addition the weather stripping was installed incorrectly, so much for quality control. What did they do about my door knob you ask. I was taken to Lowe's to buy one off the shelf. So, I'm sure I paid well over a thousand dollars for the original one but now have an $80 knob.
Hey, what about the weather stripping! Maybe 4-6 weeks later the installer returned with the correct size but in the meantime, about around the 3 week mark I had an appointment that I waited for and they finally call me to say,"sorry your part never made it on the truck"!! Seriously!!
Bottom line; I would never recommend West Shore Homes and I would hope that smart folks will do their research before signing.

Mike trey and nick were very happy all day and the experience throughout the day was good. They cleaned up well and the shower looks great.
