My experience so far has been great, not everything is what I expected but still good deal for the prices so far. Have only received a few of my orders out of many I have still on the way bit so far I have been very pleased

I’m very disappointed in the Customer Service and the policy with Whatnot if a buyer has a certain amount of returns it doesn’t matter if a seller rips you off sells you counterfeit merchandise and you spend hundreds of dollars you cannot put a claim in and return it that is unacceptable. I have a purse I bought a seller did not have any callouts. They said it was an excellent condition. The video even shows no callouts. I get it in the mail. The purse is in terrible condition. I will not even wear it. I try to return it. Whatnot would not even take my claim due to my returns history so someone can rip you off. The seller would not respond to me and then the seller blocks me so I can’t put a bad review in. I’m very disappointed in what not and I will not use this platform anymore.

Been realy good so far. Lots of good deals, and good giveaways every day. Just for watching. I enjoy all the auctioneers, try to promote all sellers. Watch for hours at a time. Spend 6 to 8 hours a day bouncing around site to site.

I love Whatnot, I feel that the rules and the way they handle business is great and it’s changing the way people shop and shopping at the right price. Is like having personal shoppers and you just saying yes or not when buying. This is an addiction for me but I’m not just buy me I buy for my family too and the money I spend for the amount I buy, I’m not going to find it anywhere else and since I found this app, I haven’t been going shopping at regular stores. Thank you!

Don't really like how the shipping works. When buying it just adds shipping with an algorithm rather than what the product weighs. It creates additional labels on the same break. I had to pay a rediculous amount of shipping for a few cards. It doesn't make sense. You guys need to do better. Also there are massive duty charges when shipping from USA to Canada that's not included.

I have had some good beauty stuff off here but unfortunately there isnt alot of vetting as all the clothes I have ordered have been counterfeit and 1 fragrance has also been counterfeit. Need more vetting of sellers and Inventry.

Cracking app, really love it, mabey a little too much!! 😅 I think the live updates are good however I wish id opted out on them now due to my bank balance taking multiple hits 😅
I think the immediate payment is a great idea aswell. All in all a superb app! If you have ADHD like I do switch OFF the new live notifications!! 🤣

Whatnot is so much fun even when you don't win the bid. All the hosts I've watched are great, and the products have been great.

Great community and fun environment, I haven’t had any issues with shipping or payments and have been able to interact with and meet some great people.

Unbelievable sales and shows. My go to app when needing something. Deliveries have been very quick.

Easy to set up and bid. Quick delivery on most stuff . Can get massive deals on things . Also the giveaways are awesome . Just hang out and talk with people if your not bidding . See what things are going for so you can compare to other seller apps and websites.

Great app deals to be had if you kniw what ur looking at and for bid responsibly.

What I gate is favouritism from sellers you watch 10's of hours to find what youxwant and it ges pulled off for family and friends. This is so unfair 12 hours of Halara 4 shows 3 pairs were removed from sale. Surley against your policy.

It is fun listening to the people talk and chat, and of cause the amazing bargins, and so far quick delivery and all things I've bought have been spot on perfect bargins.

I wish shipping wasn’t so high. I can get these same things on Amazon with low to free shipping
