I love Whatnot. Haven’t had one bad experience.

This company has broken out of my shell to move forward with my storefront! I appreciate the organization, detail, and educational side of all things for sellers. I also love being a buyer and able to purchase from all around! Thank you whatnot for blossoming my business

I don’t like the bidding format of this site. It’s really difficult to find anything I like and the one order I did place, the items were fakes! Just a very irritating experience overall.

Best online platform, fir both selling and buying. Buyer protection is the best in regards to platform buying , well done whatnot keep it up .

WHATNOT is full of **** waiting for a refund since 7th april, keep being told its been refunded it will be in your account in 3-5 days, waiting doesn't arrive, contact whatnot, they say there is a dispute with PayPal contacted them they have no idea about any issue and no refund has been issued, contact whatnot again oh sorry its been issued wait another 3-5days, contact again as STILL not received refund and they say oh there's a dispute with the bank now contact the bank and guess what?? no dispute at all WHATNOT ARE FULL OF CRAP. KEEPING £75 OF MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!

This place amazes me, there are so many categories of goods on sale. I love watches and I’ve bought a couple already, and I also collect coins. There are some great coin stores on here. There are electronics, Trainers, Clothing, and SO much more. Check it out, you will be amazed.

They run promotions on many goods that can be purchased for very good prices.

I have enjoyed shopping thoroughly. Whatnot has excellent customer service and if there is a problem they quick to resolve any issues! I love shopping here.

Only advice I have is that you keep an eye on what you spend.

Sellers can do whatever they want and buyers are told to kick rocks....

Buyers can cancel your order for any reason they see fit, e.g you thought you got a bargain? So did the seller.. and they don't like that! Order CANCELLED.

You paid for an item too high accidentally? Boohoo we can't do anything, order APPROVED

Avoid.

Still waiting to here back on a cancelled item i won that the sellar said was damaged but then blocked me rite away so i couldnt contact him all because the card i won for $11 was worth a significant amount .. still heard nothing back which means that my value as a customer means nothing!!

Really good people on here no matter what I find the greatest things that are needed in loved I support all my what not family.

I am being mistreated. Whatnot allowed sellers to sell fake/Unauthentic items. I asked for refund and went back and forth over 16 emails with no help. I disputed it with my bank and won. Whatnot threatened to throw me off there platform. Now I tried to have an item I bought cancelled. Because in-the live show the lady didn’t disclose that it was missing items. So the bag isn’t complete. Whatnot told me that while I am correct then are unwilling to do anything because my account has ben flagged for refunds and cancelations. Say I am breaking policy and committing fraud! This is crazy! All because whatnot allowed sellers to sell fake items and incomplete items and not disclose them. All I did is protect myself as a buyer something whatnot has yet to do for me! Instead I am labeled the fraud and policy breaker! This is completely unacceptable and wrong! Period! I keep getting told I am the problem and that whatnot is here to help me but still has yet to do so.

My experience as a buyer through Whatnot has been 100% positive. The sellers I have dealt with have been fair in pricing, provided good value with the items sold, and delivered orders on time as promised. Buying on Whatnot has been great for me.
