We emailed you the same day as you placed the order and in addition notified you that we had voided the transaction, so monies were actually taken from your card.
I would also point out that the item was and is listed on our website as currently unavailable, and in the email we also explained the circumstances being that the publisher had closed its offices due to COVID-19 and was therefore not supplying any ICC Contracts.
I therefore feel your resentment is a little unjustified as we responded immediately to keep you fully informed.
