I messed up putting the wrong delivery…
I messed up putting the wrong delivery details into my order,but at the time I didn’t realise, goods were shipped promptly but sat at the local post office until they were returned.
I contacted white fox, got a very quick reply advising they would send my order again free of charge. Top company , these are the ones we go back to again and again. A++

Literally one of the worst experiences ever with a customer service team, they were unable to help me with anything. I bought full price items that had sale on them during the mid-season sale and all I was asking for is an exchange of sizes not only they refused. They wanted me to return those items. Get a store credit and then with the store credit purchase them for full price. I was gobsmacked. This was the only brand that had done that to me. I ended up keeping the items that don’t fit me just because I refuse to pay full price for something that I got on sale.

If I could give this store negative…
If I could give this store negative stars I would. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The place is a scam. I bought something and they would only let me return for store credit, fine. After charging me a restocking fee that they refused to wave I bought something else with my store credit as I was forced to, even though I did not want anything else because the quality was terrible. Their website remove the credit and charge me again the full amount. I emailed them directly after the transaction and explained their mistake and they refused to apply the credit or give me a refund or cancel the order. This company is an absolute disgrace.

Terrible company. My daughter ordered a dress in 2 sizes for her graduation. The first one she tried on fit perfectly so she returned the other one unopened in the packaging she received it in. They refused to credit the dress saying it had a stain on it!!! If it did it can only have been sent out like that. They also insisted if she wanted it back (surely if refusing a refund it belonged to her) she would have to pay postage again. Avoid buying online from this company!!!
