Beautiful Dresses, Just Wish There Was a North American Returns Warehouse
I recently placed two orders with White Fox. Unfortunately, the first dress I ordered didn't fit me. I actually bought it for my upcoming trip to Ibiza, so I was really disappointed that it didn't work out. Since I'm in Canada, returning it wasn't really an option because the returns warehouse is in Australia, and the return shipping would have cost too much.
I reached out to customer service, and they were amazing. They replied to my emails very quickly, answered all my questions, and confirmed that all returns have to be sent back to Australia.
My second order arrived, and I absolutely love both dresses! They're beautiful, the quality is great, and they fit perfectly. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience. I just wish they had a North American returns warehouse, as that would make the shopping experience even better for customers in Canada and the U.S.

Please Reconsider Your Exchange Policy :(
I rarely leave reviews, but people need to know before ordering the Tell Me a Secret Set. The set itself is absolutely beautiful, but the sizing and return policy have made this an incredibly disappointing experience.
I followed the sizing guide exactly. I ordered my usual XS in the top and it wasn’t even close to fitting. Even with two people helping, we couldn’t get the zipper up. It honestly felt like I’d been sent an XXS. Thinking it might run small, I actually sized up in the skirt and ordered a Small, but it was so oversized it was literally falling off me. I have never experienced sizing this inconsistent.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I now have to return everything and repurchase the same pieces in different sizes. White Fox doesn’t offer size exchanges, only store credit, and I’ve been advised that processing the return and issuing my store credit can take up to 10 business days. By then, it’ll be too late for me to reorder the correct sizes for the special event I bought them for.
To make matters worse, because I used a discount code, I’ll now have to pay an extra $55, including return postage, just to reorder the exact same pieces in different sizes. If you don’t offer refunds, size exchanges should be standard. Customers shouldn’t be financially penalised for needing a different size.

Don’t recommend, when trying to contact via email and the online chat, no one will get back to you. There is no correspondence and communication. I had to request to get my parcel address changed as it does not prompt you upon checkout to double check. It was getting sent to NSW when I am in QLD. There’s no point having communication lines when they don’t use them to get back to you.
