I keep receiving marketing emails but…
I keep receiving marketing emails but not a response to my email. You guys should prioritise customers and giving them their credit notes back asap rather than boosting your sales to more customers that you cannot fulfill their returns when you have other customers already waiting… I’ve purchased for my holiday and then can’t even get a refund when the outfit isn’t suitable, then end up with nothing to wear for their holiday because you guys aren’t on top of giving your customers their credit notes back, so great, my money has gone to waste. I’d heard bad things about the company all over tik tok and thought it was exaggerated, turns out it really isn’t.

I had an issue with my order because I received the wrong items, but the customer service was absolutely outstanding.
The team was incredibly kind, understanding, and very responsive. They replied to every email quickly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They made everything so easy and accomodating.

Returned a hoodie top
We unfortunately had to return a top as I had incorrectly measured my granddaughter. After their AI foxy had given me alot of clear detail about the return procedure (which was painless), I waited 6 days before contacting them again.
Martyna, their agent took over and explained the refund was ready to be credited to the account. I reordered a smaller size and am positive Martyna rushed through the return. This is because it's my granddaughters birthday this weekend. What amazing customer service. I expect the parcel tomorrow so am over the moon. Thank you again Martyna, you are an absolute saviour.
