My teenage daughter ordered some items…
My teenage daughter ordered some items which did not fit and Lilli was really helpful in getting these resolved for us. Her communication was prompt, helpful and cheerful. Really disappointed with the service I have received. I ordered a dress, tried it on and returned it as it was too big. They have taken a month to tell me that they are not accepting the return and that I’d have to pay ANOTHER £6 for delivery, when I’ve already paid £12 to return it.

Costumer service is awful
Costumer service is awful. I never received the package, and they just keep sending me back and forth with the delivery company.
A legitimate company takes this complaints seriously, and accept the issue and refund/resend the parcel.
An irresponsible company such as this one outright gaslight you and ignore your issue!
