Beyond top notch customer service. I took advantage of the online consultation call and I was BLOWN AWAY.

I worked with Maxine. And she delivered results above expectations. I told her I’d just been to a gallery in Iceland and that I had been so impressed by how vibrant the colors in the prints were. I’m no professional and wasn’t sure my photo could deliver similar results. She then proceeded to walk me through the different mediums and paper types and even shared her screen while she made some adjustments for me in photoshop to hit the notes I was looking for! When I got the framed piece, my wife and I were stunned. We opted not to hang it up for now because it makes everything else on the wall pale in comparison. Couldn’t be happier with Whitewall and their service.

Easy process and excellent quality.

Unprofessional. Of the three photos I ordered as prints, two arrived without protective plastic corner guards. These are very expensive prints, and the service is supposed to be of the highest quality, but because of this, I think I’ll rule out this company for high-quality printing, since the prints can be damaged very easily.

I captured a picture of a barred owl on a recent backpacking trip. I had to have a print to celebrate that memory. The quality of the print was amazing. The matting and frame were perfect and it was delivered in just a little over a week. I wish I could include a picture of it in my review

WhiteWall was the only lab I found that could print the special 13.5×13.5 size I needed for a client order. Ordering was easy and the delivery was super fast. I didn't see the finished print myself since it went directly to my client, but being able to offer a non-standard size with that turnaround made the sale possible. I'll use WhiteWall again for special sizes.

I think my framed acrylic image came back the absolute best it could look.

The picture came out perfect and shipped faster than I expected it would. Very pleased with the product & process.

I am very happy White Wall, but not with this order of 1 photo. I first ordered it in: Metallic Ultra HD. I liked the photo so much that I ordered the more expensive Photo Print, Acrylic Glass. It looked as though it was a RAW unprocessed photo--highlights too great so glarish flower in the picture, etc. So, I was provided a refund for $290 and consulted with WW staff who recommended Hahnemuble Photo DSilk Baryta X. That came out disappointingly like the 2nd photo.
However, I am ready to move on. I know the Hahnemuble Baryta is recommended but am hesitant. I have a new photo, somewhat sharper that I want to order. Perhaps I should disable the SuperResolution and/or make some other adjustment with my next photo? Any suggestions?

I have tried to contact you several times about my order 30111003922024 one of my pictures colros bad did not fit the size it looks like wllmart did the work but wallmart looks better than me pay almost 100 dollars for the pix you have not tried to reach me . i have bought so many pics from you an very disappointed in the finished product. I thought you stand by your products but as all other companies something goes wrong you never hear from them again robin gerhardt

The test print quality matches the finished print, except for watermarking. Test prints are treated the same as finished prints for order processing, queue processing, and delivery.
