I am really angry that I have still not received my winnings, I received a confirmation email for the withdrawal on 18th March but the money hasn't gone into my PayPal account and I have been chasing it up for days and being fobbed off and passed around by support, been told 3 times now to wait 72 hours, it's been more than that and still getting nowhere. I used to play here regularly and was a vip member for few months but they remove me from vip list without a reason when I should be on upper level of VIP status.
I deposit and play regularly and mostly deposit over thousand every month. When i asked them for a reason they said playing regularly is not only thing count towards vip membership.
If it's not then I don't what else you do when you play online slots.

This is one of the worst site on 888 network. First thing they don't have many games which you find on other 888 casinos with better payouts because they don't want you to win anything.I made my first deposit of 500 and got 50% deposit of 250. I have tried few different games and not a single game hit any bonus or free spins rounds, I even tried rainbow riches reels of gold for Big bet play £25 big bet and still not hit any bonus round, when big bet games should have higher RTP.
my Cash balance slowly come down to zero and with bonus you need to wager 50 times so its hard to convert and complete wagering requirement because their games don't pay.
I received vip invitation with bonus but I'm not going to deposits a single penny on this site now.
And other thing they remove games from their sites without any notification to players I was to playing game Goldorado where if you collect 8 coins you'll get bonus round So i thought at least this will pay me something back.
