I insured my 17-year-old daughter as a child. The following day, I found out that we were accepted to a university and no longer needed private insurance. I spent three weeks writing, calling, and asking to cancel the insurance! They waited, withdrew the money, and now say they don’t know when it will be refunded! I absolutely do not recommend them. Today I called and asked to speak with an English-speaking manager, to which they told me there is none and hung up the phone! This is discrimination!!!
