Neither the articles ($4950) nor the Wikipedia page ($699) were ever published. They did not publish anything while they were drafting and revising the page and articles. Following six months of assurances, they cased answering emails.
They delivered the article I paid for but then pressured me into buying more content, claiming it was needed for Wikipedia approval. What they didn’t say: WikiExpertsInc is banned from Wikipedia. They kept stalling with fake updates for months. Once I confronted them, they stopped responding. Totally untrustworthy — they lie and can't deliver what they promise. Stay away.
They prepared a Wikipedia draft for a company in France, and I was thoroughly impressed by the entire process. From the initial research to the final draft, their attention to detail and deep understanding of Wikipedia’s guidelines stood out. They carefully sourced reliable references, ensured the content met notability standards, and structured everything in a well-balanced, encyclopedic style. Seeing how they handled citations, formatting, and Wikipedia’s complex requirements was truly impressive. Their professionalism and accuracy made the whole experience seamless and hassle-free.
They never published the Wikipedia page ($699) nor the articles ($4950). While they drafted the page and articles and revised them, they didn't publish anything. After half a year of promises, they stopped responding to emails.
They took my money and did not publish anything. I spent time going over my Wikipedia listing; they reviewed and modified it, but they never posted it. I have sent numerous emails over many months with no reply.
It's been over 9 months since I signed up for your service, and there has been no positive outcome so far. If there's no clear timeline for completing the job, could you please process a refund for me?

Hired these guys to write a wiki page for me June 2023. Its been over a year now and nothing. Asked many times for updates and finally a refund after months of no response. They don't respond after they receive payment. Horrible experience, do not use them! Read other reviews of them scamming others as well.

Beware of False Promises and Unprofessional Conduct
My experience with WIKI EXPERTS INC was utterly disappointing and frustrating. Despite assurances of a refund for an incomplete job, I was met with nothing but silence. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. It's evident that the positive reviews touted by this company are far from genuine, serving as a misleading facade to lure unsuspecting customers.
The failure to deliver on promises and the subsequent evasion of communication demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Such behavior tarnishes the reputation of WIKI EXPERTS INC and raises serious doubts about their integrity.
In light of my experience, I strongly advise against engaging with WIKI EXPERTS INC. Potential customers should proceed with caution, as my encounter serves as a cautionary tale of the pitfalls of dealing with untrustworthy businesses. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for services that prioritize honesty and reliability.

Got my name vandalized on Wiki. Hired Wiki Experts for $1,000 to correct false and misleading content on a Wiki page in early December of 2023. New content contained typos and factual misstatements, but was told it'd be fixed later. Within two weeks, the subject page reverted to what it was before I'd hired them. Filed a request for my Wiki Experts representative to look into this in late December of 2023. Got a timely response, but waiting for something to happen. Will update here when it does.
12/29/23 Update.
Still waiting for something to happen. My Wiki Experts representative responded by email that the money I paid was for one-time edits and not maintenance. That’s not true. The first invoice I ever received from Wiki Experts was for “12 Months Maintenance and Round the Clock Care taking”.
As my paperwork suggests, Wiki Experts received two payments totaling $1,000 toward that $1,000 invoice. When “Round the Clock Care taking” got taken off the table, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, including that invoice. Once Wiki Experts takes care of the caretaking they charged me for, I’ll be happy to update this review.
Similarly, when Wiki Experts resolves my complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the BBB will close it and mark it “Resolved”.
1/19/24 Update.
My Wiki Experts representative promised they’d fix the subject Wiki page by 1/15/24, but nothing happened.
According to Wikipedia, Wiki Experts is banned from posting on Wikipedia. Reportedly, It’s owned by Salsoft Technologies in Karachi, Pakistan.
My representative goes by the name Derek Andrews with associates named Justin Stocks and Brandon Lawrence. They all have phone numbers for the San Francisco Bay Area, but I suspect they’re all based in Pakistan.
Mr. Andrews promised me a full refund within ten days. I’ll post an update here with the results when that time comes. Mr. Andrews can also expect an appropriate Google review for Salsoft, depending on what happens next.

Their proofing skills are very poor, they did not do any research prior to starting an editing process that took MONTHS of our time, only to get our submission rejected. And even though they have a 100% money back guarantee, they have not refunded our money (despite agreeing we were due a full refund 2 months ago) and have now stopped replying to emails.

They didn't complete my job, and they never refund the money, while they kept saying they will refund for two month and they never did. what a scam!
