It is always a risk when looking for a plumber in an emergency. A neighbour recommended Will I am. The service was quick, efficient and at an incredibly reasonable price.

The plumber Tom arrived within and hour was quickly able to isolate and resolve the issue promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this service and will definitely be using them again

I paid £180 for what was supposed to be a repair, only for the exact same issue to return in under 48 hours. My tenants confirmed the plumber was on-site for no more than 20 minutes — clearly not enough time to properly diagnose or fix anything.

When I contacted them to come back and resolve the issue, I was told they couldn’t return until the following Wednesday. This would have left my tenants without heating and hot water for nearly a week — completely unacceptable and frankly irresponsible.

I had no choice but to call an emergency plumber, who spent over 2 hours on-site properly identifying and fixing the problem, at an additional cost of £300.

What really sums this company up is that, despite failing to fix the heating, they were still happy to offer me an appointment for a gas safety certificate in the meantime — prioritising more paid work rather than correcting their own failed job.

This experience cost me time, money, and caused unnecessary stress for my tenants. The lack of urgency, poor workmanship, and questionable priorities speak for themselves.

I would not use this company again under any circumstances, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

I have been using Will i am Plumbing & Heating Limited for a number of years now and I have always been impressed with the levels of communication, efficiency and professionalism within the team. I feel we have now built a good level of trust. From initial contact and diagnosis through to job completion, the whole process is on point and tied together with clear paperwork. I am comfortable allowing them to liaise directly with my Tenant when required. Provided the firm maintains this level of service, in tandem with staying competitive I would have no problem whatsoever in recommending Will i am Plumbing & Heating Limited.

William responded promptly and professionally at a busy time for them with a reasonable quote, and arranged for the work to be carried out at short notice just before Christmas.
Engineers Ryan and Yasin proceeded as agreed to remove faulty shower pump, change and reconfigure the pipes accordingly, add isolation valves, etc. Ryan was also able to trouble-shoot an issue that came to light on the day and address it by replacing a faulty gate valve in order to leave the system working at its best - at no extra cost.
I found them efficient and pleasant to deal with and they kept me updated throughout.
Three weeks have now gone and I am pleased with the work carried out and have had no problems arising from it.
I plan to use again ‘Will-I-am’ for future work, and I am very happy to recommend them to others.

William and his team at Will i am have been our regular plumbers and gas engineers for around ten years. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and always complete work to a high standard with expert advice. We always receive excellent service. We have our boiler serviced by them every year, along with a gas safety check, and other call outs throughout the year as problems arise in our flat - and always find the team excellent.

2nd time we've used Will I am plumbers and would use again. Had a problem with blocked piping, the engineers found the problem and repaired with no fuss.

A difficult job to replace some hard-to-get-to bath taps. Thomas took great pains to ensure a thorough and professional job was carried out where many might have 'used a sledge hammer to crack a nut' approach. Very happy with the result.

Used will i am for a blocked kitchen sink issue we had after being recommended them by a neighbour. They were great at responding on the chat and booking us a next day appointment. The plumber who visited was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem with no extra charges.

Really great service, fast efficient and nothing was a problem. Jake and Cameron were friendly, ontime and got the job done well and in good time.

We were very pleased with the work done. It was complicated by there being two separate leaks from the clothes and dish washing machines. But the engineer was very patient and fixed both problems.
