I would like to share my very positive experience with Windgoo. After hearing on the news and reading online that certain batteries might pose a fire risk, I sent an email to the company and then went to their headquarters in Hoofddorp to have my bike checked and the battery replaced as part of the safety action.
I handed in my bike, and after their inspection I was told that it could not be repaired. To my surprise, Windgoo offered me a brand-new B20 model instead. I honestly couldn’t believe it — the gesture was so generous and unexpected that I even hugged the staff member who helped me. It was an emotional moment because I truly felt treated with care and understanding.
I am extremely grateful for the way Windgoo handled the situation, and I highly recommend the company. I never expected such a human and supportive approach from a brand, and I appreciate it more than words can say. <3

On windgoo webpage official seller of windgoo bike parts is windgoosolutions.nl. They made a web page three months ago, payment possible only with credit card and they do not reply on emails and calls, sounds like a scam webshop.
My advice don't buy anything from windgoo and windgoosolutions.nl.

Windgoo has shameful customer care and hardly hides the fact their bikes come from various manufacturers and just have their logo sticker-ed onto the battery. This shows in how little any of their staff knows about the bikes or the problems that come with them. I was relatively pleased with the F5 for some time, but when issues arose, staff at Windgoo were anything but helpful. I just got an F20 and the thing struggles immensely to hit 21km/h on a flat road on level 5 PAS.
Upon calling to get information on if there's a solution and eventually refund/return policy details, I'm regularly met with an unpleasant and rude woman with absolutely no care in the world for a customer who's been given a bike that takes more work to ride than should be.
Fat bikes make up a funny market regardless. My suggestion to those looking for one: avoid this company and just develop a relationship with your local electric bike store. Buy one from them, they refurbish them and fix them. When something goes wrong, at least the store can take care of the issue. Windgoo and their staff are useless and unpleasant.
Save yourself the trouble.

We paid 800 euro cash for a bicycle, wile riding home on it screws started falling off of the bike, the next day someone stole a part of the bike and so I told them that I need a new one and they replied with :"Thank you for your message. The part in your photo is attached to the handlebar and we do not have it in stock. To replace it, a bike would have to be dismantled, which we are not allowed to do.
We recommend looking for this part from other online sources."
They don't have it online and none of the bike shops have that part because it must be Windgoo original.... 5 weeks of exchanging emails only to find out that they don't have parts for what they sell...
By the way literally every screw that was holding something fell out from the bicycle while riding...
Very good sales advice by Fatima. She went above & beyond with extra time & all info to help us select right the bike. The repair/ servicing is all by provided Windgoo. Over all very good experience.

I am contacting you regarding my Windgoo B20 electric bike, which I purchased approximately 4 years ago from a reseller. Unfortunately, I no longer have any contact information for the seller and I no longer have the purchase receipt.
I recently read an official safety notice published in November 2024, stating that this model presents a serious fire risk, potentially even when not in use or charging.
I am very concerned about the safety of storing this product, and I am not sure what I should do in this situation.
Could you please confirm:
What is the official procedure to securely store or dispose of the battery and the bike?
Whether there is any collection point or authorized service center to handle the return?
Whether you offer any compensation, refund, or replacement options, even without proof of purchase, since this is an official safety recall?
I am ready to provide photos, the serial number, and any other information you might need.
