Dear Winnerz Team,

Your latest response once again contains statements that directly contradict the information previously sent to me by email.

You claim that my “right to seek further review is respected,” however in your previous email I was clearly informed that the decision regarding my account was final and could not be reviewed again. Therefore, saying publicly that I can request another review is misleading and inaccurate.

Furthermore, I cannot accept the explanation that I allegedly “failed” a live video verification. A video verification is specifically designed to confirm that the account holder is the real person behind the account. During the verification, you personally saw me live on camera, I answered your questions, followed the instructions given to me, and completed the requested actions in real time.

For this reason, claiming that I “did not pass” the video verification without providing any factual explanation appears completely unreasonable and false. If there were communication difficulties or language misunderstandings during the call, that is an entirely different matter. But saying that I failed the verification itself, despite clearly appearing live on camera and cooperating throughout the session, makes no logical sense.

Your statements regarding a “safe,” “transparent,” and “fair” gaming environment are also completely contradicted by the way my case has been handled.

My account activity was entirely normal and legitimate. I deposited approximately €350–€400 of my own money, played normally on your platform, respected the bonus requirements, and completed the wagering process exactly as required under your terms and conditions. There was no abuse, no prohibited betting strategy, no manipulation, and no suspicious activity whatsoever.

In fact, I wagered tens of thousands of euros while completing the bonus requirements, and after fully respecting the wagering conditions, I legitimately remained with approximately €4,500 in winnings. This was not money laundering, fraud, or any type of abuse. It was simply normal gameplay resulting in legitimate winnings.

If I had actually violated specific terms or used prohibited strategies, then you should clearly state exactly what rule was broken and provide factual evidence. Instead, you continue hiding behind vague references to “security,” “compliance,” and “internal procedures” while refusing to explain anything concrete.

I also want to point out another concerning fact. I previously submitted a complaint to the MTA, which was the licensing authority displayed on your platform at that time. Shortly after my complaint, I noticed that your licensing information was changed to another jurisdiction. From a player’s perspective, this creates the impression that the licensing change was made in order to avoid accountability regarding ongoing complaints and disputes.

In addition, throughout this entire process I noticed repeated delays, constant requests, and continuous extensions of the verification procedure. As someone with extensive experience using online casinos, it strongly appeared that the process was intentionally prolonged while attempts were being made to find a reason to deny payment of legitimate winnings.

The reality is very simple: when players lose money, there are no issues. But once a player wins a significant amount fairly and in accordance with your terms, sudden “security concerns” and endless verification obstacles begin to appear.

Please stop presenting your operation publicly as transparent and player-focused while refusing to provide even the most basic factual explanation for such a serious accusation.

I fully cooperated throughout the entire process, including document verification and live video verification. Despite this, you continue making unsupported claims without providing any meaningful explanation or evidence.

I will continue pursuing this matter through all available regulatory, licensing, consumer protection, and dispute resolution channels until this case receives a proper independent review.
