Why tell me it was ? Tried calling again today numerous times and again no one answers
Get with the Needs of the Customers Winter Gardens
Went to see Grease on Saturday 24th August 2024.
I have visited this venue for many years but I think their seating needs updating.
As one of many larger ladies/men, the seats are so narrow it is like sitting in a vice.
My Lower back suffered, I was in pain throughout the show which resulted in pain in my legs also.
Not everyone is the same size and shape.
Added to that were the toilets, Up a steep flight of stairs or down a steep flight of stairs, with only 1 disabled toilet, which, I am guessing as a result of the stairs, at the interval, there was a long queue for, with most not having enough time to get queue for refreshments and the toilet to get back for the second half of the show on time.
Very Very poor. Dreading having to go back for another show as it's the only place some of the shows I enjoy appear.
