YES the jacket does provide wind and rain protection. HOWEVER SIZING does not allow comfortably for extra warmth layering under the jacket....unless your are shaped like a pencil.
RETURNS only 14days...no leeway.
Says ITIALIAN DESIGN..but no tags ?anywhere on garment. Probably mass produced in China or the like. Charged in $US...big difference . This company is DEFINITELY crossed off my list !!!!

The pricing is so misleading - when you add to cart, items appear in A$ but you get charged US$, which is way more expensive for us Aussies! When I emailed them, they offered me a 20% refund but my purchase was still more expensive than it should have. I bought two jackets - one was fine but the other - advertised as white - was cream so I donated it to an op shop. I would never buy from this company again.

When I put on my cherry red coat I instantly feel good. My order arrived promptly and I just love my new jacket. It is light and easy to pack when I travel and is comfortable to wear over winter clothes. I have received lots of compliments about the coat, especially the beautiful lining. I would happily recommend this jacket to anyone looking for a practical, water resistant jacket.

Return scam with fraudulent address.
Do not purchase or if it's too late and you've already purchased, do not return item.
They ask you to send returns to a place in "Gravina In Puglia, BA" in Italy, and not to the return address on the parcel. I'm not allowed to provide the actual address.
This is a fraudulent "shop front".
You will not get your money back and will pay exorbitant postal costs to then have it stopped in customs.
Sizing is way off and Au$ also turns into to US$ at checkout, making it very expensive. AVOID!!

What went wrong - everything. No 1 - make sure you read the reviews B4 you spend with this Company. My Jacket arrived OMG I couldn't even get my arms into it, It, I believe, is impossibly expensive to return and even then you will not get a full refund. Everything looks good on the site then the price changes from AU to USD on checkout doubling the cost. Love the look and feel of the Jacket but sadly it will stay in the cupboard until I find someone who it will fit.

Needed a refund, returned the jacket, as per their instructions, it cost me $48AUD to send it to Italy as they said that was where to send it, only to have it returned to me. Buyers be very wary of this company.

I am still waiting for my refund after the warehouse refused my delivery.

The items are advertised in NZD but when you checkout you pay in USD. I complained and received a small refund. I received the jacket which was ok but far too small so as others have said the sizing was all wrong.

I complained requesting a replacement and was offered a 30% reduction on a replacement and I keep the one I have or I could return it overseas after jumping through numerous hoops, at my expense. After that I would only get a credit note!

What an absolute con! This bears no relation to the claims on their website of easy return and 100% refund.

Do not order from this company. I will write this off as an expensive mistake but I wouldn't want others failing for this. I wish I’d read these reviews before I’d bought anything from them.

I have now spent over Au$200 and still have no jacket that fits me. I succumbed to the marketing and bought a second and third jacket for friends at a reduced prices, but the sizing, for Australian plus sizes at least, is very misleading. I am a 20-22 but even the 4XL (said to be size 30!) is too tight to be comfortable buttoned up. The 3XL fit my friend, who is an 18. And the "easy return" cost $65 for postage to Italy for 2 jackets.

Received my jacket today. A great fit and feels nice on. Very pleased with the colour too.

I purchased a jacket in size 2XL which according to the company’s size guide was larger than my usual size. The jacket was far too small across the waist and hips. It was difficult to contact the company regarding return of the jacket but eventually was offered 2 options - return the jacket (to Italy at an horrendous cost) or keep it and receive a 30% discount towards purchasing another. I needed the jacket for an upcoming trip so ordered another in size 4XL to ensure lots of extra room. It arrived yesterday and is the identical size of the 2XL jacket, in no way any larger so also totally unwearable. The company’s response - same as first time round. I’m not spending MORE money to post it back to them. I’m out of pocket over $105 USD and still don’t have a jacket for my upcoming trip. Avoid this company like the plague

I wanted to order a jacket the price was 59 New Zealand dollars. Went through the whole process and at the last moment the price changed to US dollars - Twice the price!!!
Luckily I saw this before pressing the pay now button. This is really manipulative dishonest marketing

Sizing not correct, took weeks to receive the jacket. When I tried to do a return online it would not accept the photos I uploaded even after reducing the size. I emailed customer support. No response, and finally sent an email direct from their website. Only to be told I had 48 hours to get the parcel to the post office for return. Not happy. Won't be returning at the ridiculous cost with tracking required and won't be purchasing again!

Prompt customer service with a problem resolved without a hassle. Love my jacket, lovely fit, great fabric.

Made a purchase online but queried the price. My enquiry was dealt with promptly and efficiently, explaining the need to convert from AU$to US$ which changed the price. Once that was explained and my order I arrived, I was so pleased with this excellent product. Two gorgeous jackets, one for me and one for a gift. Beautifully made. Stunning colours. Great fit. Could not have asked for more. Will order again.

I ordered a jacket from WJackets Australia over a month ago and it has still not been delivered.

After waiting several weeks, I contacted customer service about the missing order. I was advised that they had no updates from their courier partner and that a replacement item would be sent.

Since then a dozen + emails have been sent back and forth over the past 12 days, many of which have been the same scripted response, stating that a replacement will be sent. Despite these assurances, no replacement has actually been dispatched and no tracking has been provided.

I have requested a full refund multiple times, which is being ignored in their responses, with further claims that they intend to reship the item,

At this point I have no product, no replacement, and no refund, despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company.

I intend to now escalate the issue through my payment provider and lodge a complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities, as failing to provide the goods or issue a refund after repeated requests appears to be a breach of Australian Consumer Law.

Based on my experience so far, I would advise others to exercise caution before purchasing.

Jacket was advertised as AU$59 on website but on checkout reverts to USD in very small print. My $59 purchase suddenly became $92 when appearing on my credit card statement. Hard lesson learned.

Sizing is smaller than advertised, wanted to return the jacket but postage to Italy is almost as much as the Jacket so I’ll be donating mine and won’t be buying a replacement. Wish I’d seen this page before I bought one.

I've been looking for a lightweight jacket for cooler days and it's hard to choose with so many options out there. When I saw this, the striped detail got my attention especially on the hood. It stands out from most of the windbreakers. I also love that the waist ties are inside the jacket cause it's convenient for me. The jacket is also roomy enough to wear over a sweater. I am very satisfied with my purchase!
