Unbelievably unprofessional and rude.
I took my car on 10th July for repair following breakdown. I gave them the breakdown report and was told it would be done on Wednesday and they would give me a quote on the price. I then phoned to check the price before dropping it off and was told I was never booked in, Besides this having been arranged prior to. In the end they sent me a text to give me the repair price and book it for 23rd July. I decided to go ahead because of convenience of taking a bus to work while waiting for repair.
After dropping the car the second time,I received a text in the afternoon to say they are not repairing the car because the job is too big. How were they able to quote me a price if they didn’t know the level of work they were taking on? The 3 times I have been ‘sent away’ from this garage over booking times, they already knew the issue with the car. Besides this inconvenience, I am also really appalled at the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. And I am having to book time off to resolve this. They mechanic hang up the phone on me.
