My only thing is if you're having bags personalized , it would be lovely if they could make the lettering gold or black so could actually see it properly

Ordered this for a birthday on May 10th and still haven't received it yet as of June 1st.......

I initially wanted to order a different colored bag, but a customer service representative emailed me and informed me that it was out of stock. Although I was disappointed, I replied and asked for a black bag instead, and the representative was very quick to respond and confirm the change. I am very happy with the communication with the representative, and I love the bag! I bring it with me to work every day and it holds everything I need to keep with me, and it is super stylish.

The product I ordered was out of stock in the color I wanted, but Woosir emailed to ask if I would accept a different color. I did not check that email for quite some time, but they had sent several to get my attention.

Excellent product

I purchased the waxed canvas Sling bag. It is a perfect size for my Canon EOS R5,the Canon 100-500 telephoto, Canon 24-70 lens, 2x teleconference, spare batteries and charger. I also have room in the upper section for filters, spare memory and a lens cleaning kit.
The bag seems very well made and sits very comfortably on my back. I love how I can slide it from my back to the front and get access to my gear without taking it off. While in the front, the bag can be used to rest my elbows on for added stability for telephoto pictures.
I just got this bag so I haven't used it much, but I love it.

Package was days late. And never received an email saying it was shipped

After I placed my order the money was accepted but then I was sent a message what I ordered was out of stock. The individual that picked up my service request through the website was wonderfully helpful and got me to finding a replacement from which she got my invoice updated and the item shipped.
