Ordered a replacement for my ancient Greenstar 25Si via the FastTrack service. Got a great deal and work was completed quickly
to a high standard. New Greenstar 4000 is very quiet and easy to control and included remote thermostat, magnetic filter, flush etc.

The Worcester Bosch FastTrack service was excellent. This initial ‘form’ and photographs was a straightforward process, contact was seamless and efficient. My boiler died and could not be repaired. It was a Worcester Bosch Greenstar H E Plus and was over 22 years old. So I knew that their product was reliable.

My new boiler is a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000+ and is working perfectly. The 12 year warranty is saving me around £300 per year off my Home Care cover as I only need to pay for an annual service.

The process was straight forward. FastTrack team were helpful and communicative, Booked the appointment on the Friday for installation on the Monday. The installation was straight forward with no issues. Very happy with the service overall, 10/10.

The experience itself was quick and easy. I have taken a star off as the constant chasing for feedback by call and text post installation was far too much!

Received a Sms txt to give me a reduced time scale of when they would which was very helpful.
Then engineer CF07-Cam called me to let me know he was going to with me in 20 mins so amazing communication.
He was really nice, kept me informed all the way through and explained everything.
Would highly recommend him for future calls.

Very efficient, very quick - boiler installed within a few days. Just needed photos uploaded so no site visit for a straight forward job. And they were over £400 cheaper than my cheapest quote.

We have just had a gas boiler fitted at very short notice by the Worcester Bosch Fast Track team and it was unbelievably stress free. I can't thank them enough. On this experience, I would never go anywhere else.

I recently moved into a new home and was completely unsure about how to work our boiler after it appeared to have lost pressure. I called Worcester Bosch, and the lady on the phone was extremely helpful—she calmly walked us through the exact steps to resolve the issue ourselves without needing an engineer to come out.
From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Based on this experience, I’m now looking into taking out an annual policy with them for future peace of mind. Truly exceptional service!

Company gave me a great quote and fitted new air-conditioning unit very clean and efficient.

Great engineer, really knowledgeable, got the boiler up and running again very quickly.

From contacting them to call out was only two days which was fine as we were just struggling to get hot water through our oil boiler. The problem was diagnosed and remedied by Steve with some replacement parts and he was friendly and respectful to our home. Thank you very much.
