I am 2 weeks into my LRAP and I already see increased analytics on my posts. In addition, I have seen a slight uptick in recruiters viewing my profile once I made changes to my summary, skills and resume. When I received my very detailed plan, I was impressed with the comprehensiveness, sound insights/ advice and easy to follow step by step format. The education I received from the information was eye opening! JT O'Donnell is very knowledge in her field and conveys that knowledge with a professional, straight forward "tell it like it is" attitude. I will continue to follow the guidelines of LRAP postings to LinkedIn and attend JT's webinars to further my job search strategy. I am more hopeful with her guidance that I will be able to find my dream job within the next couple of months.

I have had many different WID memberships since 2020, and J.T. O'Donnell has long been my main reference on how to strategical use LinkedIn. Everything I've ever bought from WID has worked for me, so I swear by their systems.

I joined a group call with JT and she explained the new way that LinkedIn rewards its members. I had no idea! I decided to take advantage of the LinkedIn Attraction Plan for $99. It was worth alot more than that. The LAP connected my various roles into a common theme which allowed me to update my LinkedIn profile more strategically. The post suggestions were incredible and I am starting the first one today.

I had a one month subscription with Work It Daily(WID) and the investment was worth it. The courses, events, community and Resource of the week(ROTW) articles are amazing, relevant and needed by all professionals navigating this ever changing job market. Membership rates are affordable and I highly recommend anyone to try out their services. The investment will be worth it.

Work it Daily is a great service that teaches you how to manage your LinkedIn presence (and other things to). It is a great place to get advice and help move your job search forward!

JT and the WID team have a comprehensive program, providing tools, resources and a community of people all centered on providing advice and guidance for your job search. The price for the program is well worth it compared to the many other programs (as well as scammers) with the ability to have 1:1 advice for a small uptick in price. I can't speak more highly about the program and the team!

My experience here on Work It Daily has been great so far. Been enjoying going to the Topic Tuesday Content creation classes religiously. I've been staying committed and diligent in following JT's counsel in posting content to get recruiters come knocking at my door. Hasn't happened yet but I am hopeful and know it has worked for others. So I believe it will work for me as well!

J.T.'s content on Tick Tock originally caught my attention. Then I signed up and benefitted tremendously from all of the on-line content, as well as the live weekly calls. The ability to call in, ask questions and have them answered immediatly by J.T. or a team memeber was a huge boost to my confidence!

Work It Daily is very helpful for those who are getting back into white color job searching after an extended (>~5 years) absence and need to learn the new paradigms. WID offers specific, structured steps and templates, program building tools, and lessons that make it clear "Toto, we're not in Kansas anymore!" These are all great and mostly easy to implement quickly. At times, some of the messaging feels a little "cult-y" and users need to apply the tools in the context of their own situation. It is not always easy to translate some of the WID mantras (communicate your UVA, be the "must have" candidate not the "nice to have" candidate, ,etc.) into real world situations.

This is the most practical career help platform I have come across. the free resource center is a lifesaver. I have not paid for anything yet (almost at end of free trial), but I can say with certainty that J.T and her team have given me invaluable lessons.

I strongly recommend this platform as well as following J.T on social media.

The Coaching and Guidance from JT and Work It Daily works! I began in January 2025, and started my new job on March 10, 2025. I was out of work since September 2024, and I began working with Work It Daily in January 2025. I encourage everyone to take the advice to post on LinkedIn.
