Blizzard did a great job with this launcher. It's fast, doesn't bug, and consolidates all their games into one easy to use desktop app.

Horrible. Can't even install this POS launcher to access Black Ops 4, which I bought ages ago. Instead of this stupid launcher just working, posts online want me to jump thru 50 different hoops to *maybe* get it to work.
Stuck on 87%, then stuck on updating at 45% earlier after ending the process early, and now stuck on 88% the second time round.

Do not buy games from these incompetent people.

Nothing works. The customer support is terrible. I can't log in into my account. The games are not even that good. I can't believe how can't just make the whole system/support better (it's not even that hard). The people responsible for this app should be fired immediately.

Very poorly optimized platform. The games aren't loading and updates are always stucked. You have to find on other platfroms how to deal with this errors inside Battle net

Nothing works. For some reason they logged me out And even they're own codes won't work. Look for games not needing battlenet launcher. We need to stop giving money to companies that have no customer service. Battlenet does not, just pages of try this. If you're having same issues, if your bank is decent, they will take care your lost money and it shows a pattern of investigation when the class action suit is filed.

I've tried on many occasions for about a decade now to log into Battle.Net and its CAPTCHA test ALWAYS stops me. Every time. After giving it a couple of tries I walk away for another year or so. Fix your flawed crappy product. I'll try again in another year, maybe, if you're still in business.

The worst gaming company to exist in the world. Keeps logging me out and their stupid login process keeps forgetting my password. What a waste of my time 0/100 even EA is better.

Cant install cod games (idk about other titles), and their support is useless!!
Bought MW3 and BO6, and after a year i cant play any of them. It wont install and their support is useless. I tell them ive tried everything in the error code article and much more from possible solutions online, and twice they've just me a link to the same article and saying sorry for the inconvenience. Theyre not sorry.. They're actually useless at helping. Now i cant play 2 games i paid for.

What a massive joke. Imagine paying hard-earned money for games only to get locked out by a trash launcher. This is absolute BS. You literally buy a product and they slam the door in your face. Fix your garbage system. I am absolutely livid. It is completely unacceptable to treat paying customers this way. Paying for games just to get locked out. Ubisoft, you are an absolute disgrace.

This company is an abosulte joke. pray you never change phone numbers as it will take you 3 days to retrieve youre acount. dont gift anyone anything from them as it is not instant and you have to open a ticketr to even find out where it is even though they take youre funds instantly. i have played theyre games for over 18 years and battle is now a shambles zero respect for customers.

Appeal Description: I'm a newbie. I've only played for 20 hours, and for some reason, I was banned from logging in halfway through. I even bought a battle pass, and you guys just banned me like that.

the captcha is shit, struggle for 15 minutes, then i decide to moveon and uninstall everything associate with it. the worst platform ever.

I wanted to get into Overwatch and tried making an account. Got hit with a stupid broken captcha that randomly declared me as "A Robot" and saying "Only humans are allowed to create Battle.net accounts."
So congratulations, Blizzard. You have single-handedly made me want to avoid anything with your name on it. Un-freaking-believable....

What a disgraceful company this is. I haven't been able to play on my account for some time now. After contacting support several times, my account is still blocked from playing. They say I have to buy everything again, completely restart. This is truly outrageous. Nothing was done wrong, nor can or will they provide any details. So I know nothing... I can't defend myself or discuss it, because I don't know why. It's just a rip-off to make more money. I am really not happy with this. I used to play a lot, invested a lot of time and built everything up. I had bought everything physically in the past, so I have lost a lot because I can no longer play on my account. For several years now, this company and their support and treatment seem to be far below what they should be. This is really very disappointing.

Totally bugged: tried to re-log with existing characters and well, 3-4 hours spent chasing bugs and nothing worked!! absolute crap.
