1 company on the stage and 4 companies behind the scene!

1- On 16Personalities.com you do an innocent FREE test.
2- For a full report they charge you €1,95 but you never receive the full report because therefore you have to open an account.
3- They let you pay € 1,95 through the page of this NEW company TestLibrary.com - Which you Don't KNOW anything about.
Therefore you don't read the SMALL letters UNDER the page and so, before you know you gave your consent for a monthly membership of € 39,95.
3- Company named Haur B.V. (In The Netherlands) collects €1,95.
4- Different companies: Nordicalab.com & Trynourix.com collects €39,95.
5- TestLibrary.com ACTS like they don't realize that their approach is anything but transparent and clear = SCAM

Don't pay any money

I found their free report useful and requested the paid version hoping for more insights. However this second report was basically just the same, some generic stuff that did not seem at all tailored based on an additional round of questions.

When asking for a refund in line with the policy on their website I then had a very weird, accusatory exchange with their customer service rep who seemed to either lack basic digital literacy or be intentionally obfuscating - confusing and extremely unpleasant!

I did this test again after a pair of years and it gave me a result that doesn't fully resonates with me somewhat and that's not all: at the end of the results it says that the ENTP characters (the result I got) are people like captain Jack Sparrow? he's more of a concrete, action based character rather than a "debater" so the main issue is that there is some certain mischaracterisation around the celebrities etc. that are shown at the bottom of the page

Great

Not sure what the negative score is about. Really good info, so much data.
Unlike the official test (mbtionline.com) which gave me barely two sentences for 100 dollars.....
Grateful for this company to make it up a bit.

An Absolute Con

Ask you to pay £2.99 for the results of their “free test” then don’t make it clear you’re signing up for a £29.95 subscription. A complete con

They pretend to sell you a report on a flat fee of £2.99, but sign you up to a subscription and charge you £30 per month, and make it so that you can only cancel the subscription through them - with no real confirmation that this has been done

Accurate personality test

A Fantastic personality test that accurately describes who you are at a low cost and a precise, free personality test result resume.

All my personal and professional experiences, characteristics, reflections were accurately identified and shown in the test results, supported by their career guide. It essentially provided me with key information to make real changes in my life.

Download link expires for no reason

Arbitrary duration on the download link, then they try to re-charge you for further downloads. Most useless customer service I've ever had to deal with. Feels like I got scammed 170 euros.

Unprofessional, disrespectful and illegitimate conduct

After not delivering my order in time (instant delivery was advertised) the company took my money. They sent me a link to the document, but the link didn't work.

I (again) wrote an email to ask what's going on (see my other review for the full story).

The support told me they cancelled my order (violating their own terms and conditions) because "I expressed dissatisfaction".

Apparently they tried to take revenge because I left a negative review exposing their unsound behaviour.

Very unprofessional, disrespectful and illegitimate conduct. A lot of stress for just 2,90 €

Using "risk-free guarantee" once gets you blacklisted from future purchases

They state "risk-free, money back guarantee" on any tests purchased, but be wary that if you return any item that your email address goes into a form of blacklisted file and you are blocked from purchasing anything else from their website, even if your return was years prior. This kind of caveat needs to be up front and center, not hidden in the fine print.

I question the trust I had in this company when it was revealed that a return I did years ago prevented me from purchasing something else later on. I feel like they dangle the "risk-free" carrot to get people to purchase and then take it away if you take them up on the offer. They offered for me to be sent a special invoice via PayPal if I wanted to purchase something again with a stipulation that I could not return anything. No thanks.

The rep said they are a small company and have had people misuse their return policy, which I understand, but punishing every single person by blacklisting them when they only have ONE return upsets me. They need to be more outright and upfront with the severe consequences of using their "risk-free guarantee" option.
