Grundfos 3-speed cast iron circulating pump
I ordered a Grundfos 3-speed cast iron circulating pump. I have used these pumps and this company with no issues or problems ever. It arrived on time and functioned properly for a few months, then stopped working. I contacted 24 hr. Supply, and after doing their due diligence and research on the issue quickly, they sent me a replacement with absolutely no hassle on my part. I would recommend this company without any reservations - Thank you!

Great work fixing a problem
Joe was great to work with at 24hr Supply. When the part I received was not what he had ordered for me, he was very apologetic and immediately owned the problem-even though it was not 24hr Supply's fault- and he quickly made the fix with it. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

Poor customer service
Paid for expedited shipping but product never came on time (2 days late). Requested a refund on $15 shipping & handling and was denied.
Hope they enjoy the extra money but they lost in the long run.

Save money and time and miles hunting
Could find that exact pump I needed without running all over the country side looking for one local. None of my local stores even carry this pump anymore they have to order it now instead of stocking it and their price was way higher.
