**Over €300 paid – parcel sent with incomplete address and ACBuy now says our goods were “destroyed”**without evidence...

We purchased approximately €200 worth of clothing for our son through ACBuy and then paid more than €100 extra for international shipping.

We provided our full and correct Irish delivery address.

The parcel travelled from China via Germany to Ireland but was sent with an incomplete address. It could not be delivered in Ireland and was returned to Germany.

We were then asked to pay even more money to have the parcel resent. We missed an email regarding this and have now been told by ACBuy that the entire parcel and all of our goods have been “destroyed”.

We have received no goods and no refund after paying more than €300.

We have asked ACBuy to explain why the parcel was sent with an incomplete address when our correct address was supplied. We have also requested documentary proof of the claimed destruction of our specific parcel, including the date, location and disposal/destruction record.

At the time of writing, we have paid over €300 and received absolutely nothing.

We are now pursuing the matter formally with our debit card provider as a goods/services not received dispute.

I will update this review if ACBuy provides the requested evidence or resolves the matter fairly.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and request the activation of the insurance policy for the international shipment linked to my CPF and tracking code
AP03093000621=ND709277807BR and AP03098000744=NN144381725BR.

According to the official document provided (PDF “巴西未授权进口补充资料流程”), the indicated procedure would be a request for review, with the possibility of sending supplementary documentation for analysis by the Federal Revenue Service. However, what actually occurred, as evidenced by the postal service notifications and tracking history, was the return of the shipment due to unauthorized importation, without any opportunity to provide additional information.

This discrepancy between the described process and reality prevented me from resolving the situation. Furthermore, I received no response from ACBuy when attempting to contact them for clarification, leaving me with no alternative but to formally request the activation of the insurance policy for reimbursement of the amount paid.

I reiterate that I have completed all the indicated steps, but the decision of the competent authority was for immediate return, without any chance of correction. Therefore, I request urgent review and resolution of this complaint, with due coverage under the contracted insurance policy.

I made my first Order and they are coming in 2 days . That app is great. But maybe a little bit expensive.

i bought 2 moncler windbreakers in a pretty small haul, i waited 2 months but i never received the windbreakers so thats 400 dollars out the window
