Ace check cashing in Levittown, PA on Woodbourne Rd is HORRIBLE. a small refund check from my job. I had ID, had my job ID w/my job logo(same as on the check). Showed my insurance cards w/my name on it and job logo. My name and address on the check. Company name and address on check. Talking about they can't verify it. There is a phone number on the paper work to call with questions!!!! I don't understand! Don't go there. Give the other check cashing places your business. Ace check cashing is HORRIBLE!!!! I am going to report them to the BBB. I truly believe it was racism.

Employee Shavis at the Ace Cash Express located at 2254 Huntington Ave, Alexandria, VA recently provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I have had at this location since Elvis left. I actually called the store to get information about what documents I needed to bring with me and she answered my call. She was very courteous on the phone. Once I arrived at the location, she assisted me with my transaction. She was wonderful to work with.

I would like to say that corporate employees from ace express are very friendly and very helpful, Mr jose Perez is a corporate manager and I can say that he is very efficient at what he does, ace check express is very lucky to have someone like him on their team, and I feel very very lucky to have had him help me, he found a needle in hay stack if not for mr. jose perez I wouldn't have resolved my problem thank God for him.

I was having trouble making my payment on my installment loan. When calling corporate, don't press one because their computers will be down and they can't help you. I finally pressed 2 and was able talk to someone but he couldn't help because the loan was made in store. I went in store and they gave me no options. I don't know what to do know.

I love the ladies in orange texas they are always so nice and ask about ur day like they really care and sometime I sit in there 20 minutes just chatting thanks ladies.....keep it up

I just got out the hospital I go and cash my kidney medicine check for $608.70 go into the check cashing place one person in line with just me the lady takes almost 40 minutes behind the counter then she comes back and says it's not a payroll check I got to charge you $30 I needed my medicine so bad I went ahead and cashed the check but I was real upset and still upset on how they can charge me a large fee when it's an insurance check this is bad business I am disappointed as a customer I'm going to file a complaint cuz I feel like that is a rip off and if they can't cash checks at a reasonable price they need to close their business

I recently visited this check-cashing location and had a great experience. Jose assisted me with obtaining a payday loan, and his customer service was truly excellent. He was professional, patient, and made the entire process smooth and easy to understand.

What stood out most was how helpful and respectful he was throughout the interaction. It made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable.

I definitely plan to return in the future and will be referring my coworkers as well. Highly recommend this location, especially if you have the chance to work with Jose!
