Acqua di Parma bottle had an issue…

My Acqua di Parma bottle had an issue with the spray cap, so I contacted customer service. The entire process was handled with great care and professionalism, and they kindly arranged a replacement for me.

I had a small issue with a diffuser

I had a small issue with a diffuser, and when I raised it with customer service, Pia resolved it with impressive speed. Smooth, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout — a top customer service experience. I’ll happily continue as a loyal Aqua di Parma customer.

Take care to check out as a registered customer

I recently ordered a 5 pack of samples for £29, plus £9 in postage. This was to allow my husband to choose a new aftershave and I deliberately chose to order these directly from Acqua di Parma as they were promoting that you could get a voucher for the £29 to redeem against a full sized bottle.

Unfortunately between making a decision as to what I would order and checking out, I somehow missed that this voucher is only available if you check out as a registered customer, not a guest.

I consider myself fairly switched on when it comes to online shopping but have been left feeling cheated. I have contacted the company and they are adamant that this was very clearly stated on their website, I don't agree.

Please be careful if you are ordering from here. £38.00 was a lot of money to spend on 5 × 1.5ml samples.

car diffuser v expensive does not fit many new gen cars.

expensive car diffuser does not fit most new cars. I have a new gen BMW and new gen mini, these v expensive items do not fit recessed vents. OK if a cheap throwaway but im upside down for 2 of them @150£ each. Customer service tries to support but put simply the item is not designed for many new gen cars. Should be a warning on the website.

Professional and Efficient Resolution – Impressed with the Service

Acqua di Parma have managed to turn a simple gift order into a complete farce. The delivery was delayed, the birthday message was missing, and there was no gift card included at all, despite being a gift order. That’s not just sloppy. It’s insulting.

The gift bag was laughably small for the size of the order, making it completely unusable. For a brand that sells itself on elegance and class, this is nothing short of amateur hour.

Customer service was useless and dismissive when I raised the issue. I expected a premium experience and got nothing but excuses. This is not how you treat customers who pay for luxury.

Any wonder they’re scoring 2.2 here on Trustpilot. Keep ignoring the problems and watch the brand collapse. This level of incompetence doesn’t just damage reputation — it destroys it. Sort yourselves out, Acqua di Parma.

Really bad experience

Really bad experience with Acqua di Parma.

I ordered a gift before Christmas and paid extra for DHL Express delivery, which was meant to arrive within four days. Instead, it took 14 days to arrive, making it completely useless as a gift.

The order was a box of 10 perfume samples costing £40. The whole point is that the recipient then gets £40 off a full-size perfume, so timing really mattered. By the time it arrived, it was too late.

Before delivery, I contacted customer service to explain that it would arrive after I had left and that no one would be home. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. They said they could not intercept the parcel because it was already in transit, even though it was still in Italy and I live in the UK.

When it was eventually delivered, customer service told me I would have to pay return postage myself. I find this unacceptable, given that I had already paid for express delivery that was not honoured.

I explained this twice in writing and followed up, but they have stopped responding altogether.

Poor delivery, poor customer service, and no accountability. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed! If I cloud ask for a refund I would in a heart beat. The fragrance is amazing but ir lasts maximum 2 hours and after that it totally desapiers. You can not feel the frangance on the skyn or even on the clothes. It's the most expensive perfume that I own and it's the one that lasts the least. What a shame. It had everything to be an icon in the perfume industry and for me it's the exact opposite. My last buy on acqua de parma for sure.

Terrible marketing policy

I am a long time user of AdP classic colonia. I wanted to try their other colognes but there are a lot in their catalogue. In their website I saw a ridiculously pricey test kit consisting of ten 1,5 ml. bottles of different colognes. The cost is 42 €. The good thing is that , as it was advertised, with the kit you receive a 42 € credit you can use in your next purchase of a large size cologne bottle ( 180 ml. which costs around 180- 200 €). I thought it was a good idea so I bought the kit. With the order I didn't receive any discount code so I contacted them and asked how it worked. They told me I had to wait until up to 10 days and they would send the discount code to me. 20 days later I sent them another mail asking for the code. This time they replied I wouldn' t receive any discount because I had made the online order as guest instead of identifying myself with my account. I think this policy is absurd and their communication leaves a lot to be desired for. They have lost a longtime user. Their cologne doesn't smell as good to me since I had this incident.......

VERY POOR PRODUCT & SERVICE

WATCH OUT 57% 1 star review says a lot, I was offered to use the sample bottles at an airport as a reference to the product being offered for purchase, it was not she same as packed and given after purchase, the sample had a fabulous fragrance and long lasting late into the day, to use the perfume and then upon purchase pack an alternative that has no scent left on the body after 5 minutes it is in my mind fraudulent and not ethical practice, after offering my experience to their customer service I was insulted by them with the reply, clearly not listening to what I was saying, they offered to send an alternative fragrance that has not been received, VERY POOR PRODUCT & SERVICE

It’s snow joke, they aren’t delivering for Xmas

Spent over two hundred pounds with them, they’ve had over a week to deliver and they haven’t even shipped according to the tracking, and despite the initial “your order has shipped email”. A Xmas present that won’t arrive in time. Oh how useful. Zero stars if I could. Buy from somewhere else and never direct!!! They are more useless than a chocolate teapot.

Had an issue with a product that I bought from duty free in shop in Doha, obviously can not take it back there … contact Acqua di Parma Italy, Elsa from the customer care team was amazingly ultra helpful, professional and kind. She sent me a replacement to London and followed up till I received the item.

Small issue with an item bought

Small issue with an item bought. Elsa customer service agent was great kept me updated throughout. Single point of contact unlike other large companies passed pillar to post. Elsa was understanding polite and responded quickly.

Overall very impressed with the customer service, aftercare and the products provided.

Outstanding Customer Service: chapeu!

I had a problem with a sprayer of couple of Acqua di Parma samples of perfume I did buy on a website. After contacting the Customer Service, they were very supportive. In few days I've received at home dozen of samples of excellent perfumes to compensate my problem. Just outstanding!
In particular, I'd like to mention Elsa as she did an amazing job, thanks!

Poor packaging and poor customer service

Purchased a bottle of EDP oud and spice at the brand store in Rome. The packaging ADP uses is awful. The packaging is basically a dome that connects to a base. The bottle sits in the base and the dome goes over the top. So when I opened the package my left hand was on the base and my right hand pulled off the dome top. Which caused the overpriced bottle of EDP to fall out directly onto my tile floor and shatter into a million pieces. I wrote ADP customer service and they were not willing to do anything for me. So I told them I will just buy Tom Ford in the future.
