Cheryl was my technician who went over all aspects of the new machine and helped me make a decision on a new style mask for my new machine. She took her time and was informative and I feel so much more comfortable using it with all of the information she gave me

My Dr sent the order to UW medical equipment mistakenly. I took the sleep test December 26,2025. They never got back to me until I called them in February at which time they needed more information. I called again in April and they said they needed more info at which time I decided to contact you and you came through with flying colors. I slept so well the first time in almost a year!!! Because now I have my new cpap machine!!!

Ease of geting supplies set by the hospital to delivery of supplies was excellent

Not only was Nick very helpful in the use of the portable oxygen machine, he was adorable to look at. I'm sure the young nurses on my floor took a break when he walked by. I'm old enough to be his grandmother so I just smiled.

It took 3 months to pick up our equipment. They miss 4 dates gor pick up. Once I complained they transferred my call to an answering machine. The customer service was horrible. This is the only 1 star I've ever left. They deserve worse

I was having an alarms on my oxygen home unit. I called in the issues and receive a call back by John the technician within 30 minutes and he was at my home in 20 minutes. He came with a new replacement. Very friendly professional person. Extremely happy with the short turnaround time .

Every month we pay the Total Due on our statement/bill, yet every month we are charged Past Due amounts of up to 100% the current bill + late fees. We call and can only talk to people in India who we can barely understand. At this point we have asked for the address to send back the equipment and put a stop to the non-sense.

The office and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with the questions I asked. My CPAP is just over a year old and stopped working correctly. I brought the machine to them and they tried to fix it. When the machine could not be fixed I was given a new one, instead of having to buy another one.

Upon arrival I did not wait at all.I get together with the technician even I arrived early. He was very knowledgeable explaining everything and answering to all my questions. He was excellent.

Absolutely the worst. Terrible customer service. Billing is a mess. I have had to fight several times with them over bills that they simply made up and tried to charge me for. The whole organization is a bunch of disorganized thieves. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING! THEY WILL JUST KEEP CHARGING YOU EVEN IF YOU STOP!

Was prescribed a bedside commode and walker at the hospital, which I desperately needed. It appeared less than 24 hours later at my home! The driver gave me the heads up on his eta. Thanks so much!
