Absolutely disgusted with how Advance Financial has handled this situation. I have made every effort possible to resolve this account. I communicated, worked with the law office handling the collection, agreed to a payment arrangement, and have been making payments that are higher than what was requested — and I have been making those payments early.
Yet despite me actively paying and doing everything I can to make this right, Advance Financial is still choosing to move forward with a lawsuit.
I was not refusing to pay. I was not ignoring the situation. I was making payments and trying to resolve this responsibly. Instead of working with a customer who is making a genuine effort, Advance Financial chose to escalate things.
A company that treats people this way when they are actively trying to pay is absolutely unacceptable. In my experience, Advance Financial has shown a complete lack of compassion, communication, and willingness to work with customers. This entire process has been incredibly disappointing, and in my opinion, the way they handle customers is just plain trash.

Application Process
After providing all information and connecting bank, I received an email stating the funds were reduced and to verify bank. Did that and nothing. I called the following day and was told everything looks good and to expect an email in about an hour. Nothing. Called again today and was told they don't deposit to savings accounts despite that being the account I receive my direct deposits. I provided checking account information for the same bank that I included when I connected my account during setup. I was then told I would have to reapply.
Feels uncomfortable providing all of my primary personal information and signing documents for money I will never have access to. Not sure if I was scammed or saved from a predatory loan I had no business getting in the first place.

This company does a hard credit check
This company does a hard credit check, they are very unclear what your payment will be. I have pretty decent credit 630-650, they wanted 300$ a month for 2 years for 1000$. If you do the math that’s around 7000$ for 1000$. Outrageously high and shouldn’t even be legal. One of the highest rates I’ve ever seen.
