I really didn’t even want to put 1 star, I don’t understand how you all can try to take money out of my savings instead of my checking when you only had permission to take it out my checking every time you all take out I have the money in my account you all are just refusing to take it out the right Account this is not my fault by any means and y'all need to fix this because I’m tired of having to pay a negative balance because you can’t properly do your jobs right. This has been like the 4 th month you’ve done this to me and it needs to be handled if not I will do what I need to to handle it myself.

The worst! If you pay your amount due the loan will go up. STAY AWAY! They will tell you one thing then fo another! Dishonest. I have a friend in Homeland Security. She will be looking into them!

After struggling to get through the loan process, I called in & spoke with a precious & knowledgeable representative.... she helped me promptly & resolved my issue!

Have to jump thru hoops just to get the money to release after you get a notice saying your money has been deposited. I have been trying for 2 hours now and can't get anywhere

I keep getting charged for my minimum payment multiple times in a row and no one has helped. I finally had to stop payment with my bank

Easy and quick process!

I had no issues with AF247 for months…. It kept asking me “add a debit card for payment instant transfers” I finally added my wife’s debit card that is on our joint account that it happily accepted. After that I’m no longer capable of doing a cash advance because “The name is not on file” although while adding a debit card it is specific to being attached your bank account… which again it’s a JOINT ACCOUNT…… regardless it’s for “payment purposes only” after doing it now I can’t do even an ACH deposit because her card isn’t on the profile… sat and argued with not just customer service, but upper management that they accepted the card as “PAYMENT” not as a withdrawal which is attached to the bank account in question….

In short, they’re willing to accept a joint bank account’s debit card for payment, but it now will NOT accept a withdrawal because she’s not the A247 account name??? Not that it’s not eligible for instant transfer but not eligible for any transfer… argued on the phone for hours with management “Victor” and he wouldn’t even go as far as saying that this is an issue…… please AW247 release this archive to prove me wrong….. I tried for 5+ hrs before I turned to contacting customer service to realize they’re not worth a fux……. Release the f’n archive betweeen me and Victor to prove me wrong………

I had some issues in the beginning but the customer Service was exceptional on helping me get things together and helped through process

Customer service was A+ very simple easy approval

Approved for $1000 and then credit reduced to $50 siting missing information. Call customer care to not really get a resolution. Then arrive to physical location with only one worker spending a ton of time on non english speaking customers, while ignoring everyone else

This company is wonderful I was in a bend and they really came through for me

Absolutely the worst rate is extremely high they constantly overcharge and have fees out the ass worst company ever and Trump should shut them down
