Terrible customer service, still waiting on refund after two months and sending several reminders. Everytime I receive an automated response telling me how busy it is and that I should have a little bit more patience.
The worst shoes my kids have ever owned! Absolutely terrible quality — comparable to cheap knock-offs. I bought three pairs of their barefoot shoes for my kids, aged 4 and 6. After just two months, a hole appeared in the outsole!
I emailed the company, and they claimed it was because my kids had been wearing the shoes "in an improper way." How exactly do kids wear shoes "improperly" to destroy €100 shoes in two months? My kids don’t ride bikes in them or use them for running — they simply walk in them!
Considering the price tag, this is outrageous. Over the years, my kids have owned around 20 pairs of shoes each, and this has never happened — not even with cheap brands or other barefoot shoes. The fact that this happened with three different pairs and two different children clearly shows there’s a serious design flaw.
You should be ashamed of selling such overpriced garbage.

Stay away from this company. They lie to their customers. It says on their website that the VAT is covered when you go and pay, but it is NOT. What you need to do is click on your country, (even though it says VAT paid) and then read that in actual fact VAT for Switzerland is not paid, what you are paying for is German VAT. So they do not advise and warn you that you will have to pay additional VAT, but rather trick you into thinking Swiss VAT is paid. They are not even customer focused to claim the German VAT back for the customer. Their busienss practises leave a lot to be desired, I will never buy from them again, there are many good boots to choose from other companies, and when you don’t focus on your customers and make their life better, they will forget about you and move on to the better things. Out of all the things to be cheated on and pay extra fees children clothes and shoes should not be on the list.
