Just got my order from Allurez and I’m genuinely impressed. The jewellery looks even better in person than on the site. Finish is clean, packaging was secure, and delivery was on time. For the price, the quality is excellent. Definitely ordering again.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They took forever to ship my husbands wedding band so we tried to cancel the order. They refused. We opened a claim with our credit card company because we hadn’t received the ring. Only after that, did they ship the ring. It arrived after our wedding, we asked to get the Mra code so we could return it. We have asked several times to return the ring within the first 30 days. Our wedding was in sept 2025 and we are still trying to get a refund for the ring. They said they are “checking with the back office” every time we call or email them for the return code. They are a scam.

My experience with Allurez was terrible

My experience with Allurez was terrible. They sent me the wrong ring after I spent a significant amount of money and waited a long time for the order. What I received did not match what I purchased, which is completely unacceptable for a company selling expensive jewelry.

What made it even worse was the customer service. It took more than a month of emails, phone calls, and useless chats through their website just trying to get a proper resolution.

If you are planning to buy an engagement ring or anything important from them, I strongly recommend looking somewhere else. This company caused unnecessary stress and disappointment for something that should have been a special purchase.

ILLEGAL - they refuse to process our return!

ILLEGAL! They continue to withhold our refund despite confirming receipt of the returned product via email. Despite following their return policy as listed on their website, they have said *in writing* that they will only process the refund after we remove our negative reviews. Now they have harassed us with multiple phone calls. Absolutely disgusting and illegal. We have wasted so much time fighting this fraudulent company and still have not gotten our money back. Do not buy from here.

Good product/customer service

I had a great experience ordering from Allurez. The bracelet was clearly made with care. Customer service was attentive and made everything easy, and my order showed up right on schedule. I’d definitely shop here again!

After waiting for a month to receive a…

After waiting for a month to receive a gift for my wife and being told every few days that it will be shipped the next day when I finally received it, it was much smaller than described. It then took weeks to get an authorization to return and after returning I never received a refund. I called weekly for six weeks and every time they told me they would check with their accounting team and call me back. They never did. I ultimately had to call the bank card company and dispute the charge to reverse the charges! It took four months from beginning to end. Worst company ever and they flat out lied to me every time I called them. Don’t waste your time and money!

Purchase made in 2015

Purchase made in 2015, this was the second time I requested maintenance for my engagement ring and wedding band after 11 years... the services provided continue to be excellent and responsible, I recommend purchasing Allurez products... The service is outstanding.

I don't have many regrets, but ordering from Allurez is one of them. RUN AWAY.

Their return policy for all intensive purposes is completely inaccurate and does not represent reality. I've been going back and forth trying to return a never worn, still in packaging wedding ring for over 2 months now. Initially, they refused to give me a return number despite being well within the 30 days of return. At that point I had called multiple times, sent them well over 5 emails and they merely offered me $100 off a ring I didn't want to try and avoid processing a refund (the ring costs $1.2k full price). Prior to buying the ring, I thought the reviews seemed well balanced but I'd say quality of the ring for the price is quite poor and the fact that you can't return these rings should push you to avoid this company completely. Please learn from my mistake and do not purchase from Allurez.

Update: 2 months in, and I still have not received a refund despite sending back the ring within the 30 day window and having Allurez accept the ring via UPS (with a signature!) after I fought them to get an RMA number (mandated by their return policy). They are now threatening to not give me a refund until I remove this negative review and write a positive one.... they excuse this by saying they are "trying to reach me" and call me multiple times a week in the early am hours to try and convince me to take down this review instead of processing a refund. We have nothing to discuss via phone. You don't need to get ahold of me. You just don't want to give me my money back. Allurez... give me a refund. I've followed your policy to a T. The ring is completely new and unused and I've followed all your directions. I have a right to write a negative review because my experience has been INSANE. Give me my money back. Stop calling me. And stop threatening me via the phone. This could all stop, if you were an honest business who followed the return policy outlined on your website.

I cannot urge you strongly enough to stay far far away from this business for the sake of your sanity and happiness. They are the absolute worst.

Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced

I ordered a ring, but when it arrived it had a noticeable blemish on it, and no engraving (I checked this so carefully during checkout, at least 10 times). Very disappointing as I live in the UK and paid a huge amount on customs.

However, the real frustration lay with dealing with their 'support' team. It's taken 2 months, and I'm no nearer to resolving this. They did at one point offer me a partial refund, however every *single* time they reply to an email, they completely ignore the entire history of our conversation and seem to start fresh. It's absolutely bewildering. The same insincere 'We're so sorry you're frustrated by this' - and then immediately continuing to ignore anything I've explained, and asking me to repeat things I've already said countless times. At one point someone rung me, and they seemed SO genuinely confused about the whole company and what they were supposed to be doing.

It's absolutely baffling that a seemingly big company can outsource their entire support to a team like this with absolutely no training, and just tank their reputation as a result. Even more baffling is the fact that they don't seem to care, and are ignoring this huge spate of reviews saying the exact same thing.

I now have to pay a significant amount of money to fix the ring myself. I seriously do not trust them to even handle this again, and I don't want to waste any more time with that same support team.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

(I’m fully expecting the Allurez response to this to be “Simply reach out to our Customer Service team, and we’ll personally assist you to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.” – completely ignoring what I’ve just said in my review. Let's see.)

Edit: Ok I was just going to leave this be, but the experience since posting this review has been so unintentionally hilarious / tragic to not update everyone on.

I've now received 21 (!) emails from them over this whole sorry saga, and they still haven't taken into account anything that I've said, including in this review, or even anything that they themselves have said, even if they JUST said it!

Pre-review they offered me $100 store-credit as a means of making it up to me. I had to explain that, as I'm from the UK that it wouldn't work as customs alone would be more than that amount.

They then offer a partial refund of $100 which I turned down, and after that they offered $140. I was on-board with that, but it sat there for over a month with no further word from them.

I then left this review and afterwards they did indeed get in touch again in a panic, and said they would offer the $140 partial refund if I agreed to remove this review.

I told them it was too late and how it didn't sit well with me, at which point they come back and offer a $200 partial refund.

I genuinely thought about it, but ultimately turned them down because I think this matters. It's too late now, and this is only damage limitation, not coming from a place of genuinely wanting to help me.

Their next move...?

"We genuinely value you as our customer, and as a gesture of goodwill and to help resolve this situation, we would like to offer you a $150 partial refund, along with $50 in store credit..." !!!

It's literally worse than what they JUST offered me. I point out the ridiculousness of the offer and re-iterate that the review stays, at which point they come back with the exact same "$150 partial refund along with a $50 store credit" offer, and no reference to what I just said.

Like... what is going on over there? Why do none of the support team read anything? Why is everyone over there so bewildered all the time? Do we need to send help?

No more updates now. The review stays.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Buy elsewhere

Buy elsewhere! This company is VERY difficult to deal with and their shipping is VERY slow! I ordered a necklace to be 16". When I finally got it, it was 18"!
When I told them and asked them to correct THEIR mistake, they told me to send it back with me paying the shipping! Meanwhile it took too many phone calls and to many emails to finally hear back from them!
So now I have a necklace that is too long!
Buy your jewelry elsewhere!

Beautiful Diamond by the Yard Necklace!

The diamond by the yard necklace I bought is beautiful and exactly as I hoped. It was custom made, therefore it took a little longer to receive. Howevwr Bryan from their customer service department answered my emails and responded to my text messages to keep me informed and up to date on the status of my necklace from the beginning of my purchase. Will purchase again from them for sure.

Never Buy Allurez

I would never buy from Allurez ever again. I ordered a basic half paver ring. Repeat, standard/basic ring, not even custom. And the quality was so poor that a gemstone fell out immediately. I was well within the 30 day return policy window and they bend over backwards to string you along and avoid any refund. It's 9 months and counting. It is clearly intentional to have horrible customer service.
