Good selection of pouches and really affordable. Sadly it seems that the website is down and they don't sell anymore.

Made an order more than two weeks ago and have not received any shipping updates. I have contacted the company numerous times through email, Instagram and Facebook with no reply.

Scam!
I ordered 3 times, and the first 2 were smooth. But after I paid for my 3rd purchase, I did not receive anything! Now theyre ghosting me, not responding to my emails

No items, no answers to emails etc, no customer support. 0/5. Hopefully I'm able to get my money back.

One of my order was never shipped! Scam.

For some reason payment is not possible in Finland. Everything har worked perfectly, but now I haven’t been able to order in many weeks and nobody is answering my messages. I have tried to contact with Email, IG and FB.🙄

Funny how I saw a comment outlining my same exact situation. Ordered once, took like two weeks to arrive. Ordered second time for 56 or so euro. Didnt receive. They never sent it and never got back to the emails I left them. Even called. No response. I’d like my money back :)) i reckon this is a crime?

My first order was fine, slow delivery but products arrived within 2 weeks, all good.

Second order, I received a confirmation order but then never received the order. I never got a tracking email. I called the company and left voice messages. I send emails. I never heard back from them, radio silence. So they stole €50 from me with the second order.

I will never use them again.

3 weeks, no answer, guys what do we do now, how to get money back?

Order "processing" now over 3 weeks. Tried contacting multiple times, no answer from them.
Everything worked well many times till now.

Last few orders came in quicky, this last order not so much.. got email saying thanks for order but yet to receive any kind of tracking. They wont respond to email or phone.. Dont order from here.

Orderd pouches for €80 about a month ago, has not been sent, they are not responding to e-mails, phone calls or instagram dm’s. Nothing. Dont EVER order your pouches here.

I received some products with an expiration date of 2023, it's now 2025. Had this issue before, and then it was immediately solved with a refund of the expired products. I have sent an email with photos of the products, but have not heard back in over a week. Too bad, initially this shop was very good but after what happened now I will not be ordering here again.

Unfortunately I learned that they have not shipped any orders anymore. Apply to get your payment back!!!

Store is a scam don’t buy from here

I ordered on the 19th of May and I still have no confirmation of the order. I tried contacting 5 days ago and today again, but nobody picks up or responds to emails.

I want my money back or the order shipped ASAP.

I've placed an order on may 19th, on the website it said it would take 7 - 10 days to deliver it to my home adres. Sadly since then I haven't received any updates in terms of track and trace, shipment or that there was a delay. 5 Days ago I send them an email regarding this issue and until now they've failed to even reply. In the past their service was good with fast deliveries, but right now I'm very dissatisfied. Wouldn't recommend ordering here if they don't change this issue

This store used to be very good. I always had a fast delivery and great customer service. Sadly, I did an order 2 weeks ago, which I did not receive a Track and Trace for nor a confimation. I also cannot reach customer service.

I think criminal investogation will start soon regarding this company. Many orders and deliveries not complished. Maybe a fraud?

I have ordered here a few times, it has been a mix of fast en slower deliveries. the last two orders did not arrive. I had some contact with Thomas, he was kind and seemed helpful but sadly I have not received my orders yet. over the past week or so I have been sending email after email but no response came. I am not sure my last 2 orders will arrive, and since they are not responding to my emails I am afraid they won't.
