All communication about pick up was unclear and when I came into the store for final payment and clarification the store member seemed unimpressed to assist.
The quality of the product is very underwhelming. Very cheap, comes in a countless number of pieces, took half a day to put together.
Quailty of the bed is terrible, with split timber for screw holes and flakey laminate. One part even looks like it had been bog repaired. We are regretful of the purchase.

Product came severely damaged in both cartons!! Draws were forced in draw runners with twisted metal and loose ball bearings. Expect a lot better after spending thousands on the product
