From the moment we walked into the store we were made to feel welcome. Scott was our salesman and he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He was able to show us exactly what suited our needs. He went above and beyond to help us make our decision easier.

The delivery team was professional, friendly and punctual. They handled the sofa carefully and took the time to make sure everything was delivered safely and placed where we wanted it.

The online booking delivery process is so stupid and confusing. After my couch didn't come, the online chat feature is a waste of time taking my details then cant tell me when I'll get it.

I've had the worst service from amart. We purchased a $3000+ lounge set and in less than 6 months one of the lounges broke and all the lounge fabric has turned into small balls because of extremely cheap material they use. We contacted them and they refused to honour the warranty stating it broke because we sat in the middle of the lounge... That is unreal. I would never buy from amart again.

When we unpacked the sofa after receiving it, we found that the backrest of the two-seater sofa was bent on the left side.

The quality of amart product is so poor. Brought a two seater lounge one year ago, the timber that support the seat broke. Bare in mind this is normal sat on not jump or moved. Take them a month to organise to a technician to inspect and from inspection indicates that we have used external force to damaged the sofa. The lounge we barley sat on and 100% never jumped on or been moved . They will make all excuses not to repair or replace. Pls do not trust their 5 years warranty it cover nothing. Their customer care team are awful none helpful, pass around wasting your time and need to explain everytime I call. From this experience I will never purchase from them again or recommend anyone. Better shop somewhere else.

Purchase was fine, was sent an email to arrange a delivery date. My delivery date was accepted and received a text for a 3 hour window for agreed delivery date. Made arranagements for someone to be home for collection. Then received a new delivery date once it was shipped - 6 days after the original delivery date.

The service from Gina was awesome.

Great service from office to delivery, contacted me exactly when delivery would be, was within time that was expected, even though traffic was busy 🤗amazing

If I can save someone a lot of money - it is worth writing this review.
We bought a "leather" sofa from Amart. Whilst I know Amart arent the best quality, it came with a 10 year warranty so it felt pretty safe to buy the couch. 3 years later and the couch is peeling EVERYWHERE. And we look after it with proper leather cleaner. I put in my claim and they rejected it!
People - real leather doent peel. This is CRIMINAL. Am so furious because theyre not cheap sofas!

From Sales staff to delivery, everyone was great. I was dealing with staff from 10 September until 25 September when the final delivery was made.
