I returned the plates because the color didn’t match the photos. The return was received on 09.04.2026, but as of 21.04.2026 I still haven’t received my refund. This delay is disappointing.

I never got my package, I payed almost chf 120.00. The order was made in 24 December, today is the 23.02.26 and there is no news of my package!!!! Dhl send me invoices to pay some charges of a package never seen. No refund no update.

Advertise shipping and tax included, but after long delays the delivery is made........then a tax plus tax collection fees are sent from DHL. False advertising that tax is included - buyer beware - delayed shipment from China? tax delays and tax bills send to you from a third party (DHL). Ambiendo will do nothing once the sale has been made. Read other reviews this is a known tactic that they have no interest in rectifying.

Ordered two pieces and got the information that they are not able to deliver in time due to unknown shortage on the supplier side for one of them. They have not send the second piece which is available. There are many shops with this catalogue. I will never buy there again.

I bought a product from Ambiendo’s Swiss website and paid in Swiss francs. However, after the delivery, I received an additional bill from customs asking me to pay extra handling fees and taxes.
The price on the Swiss website already includes VAT, so I ended up paying double tax plus customs fees. This is misleading and very disappointing for a company that presents itself as operating in Switzerland.
I ordered from the Swiss website precisely to avoid international customs charges, so this feels unfair and unprofessional.
I hope Ambiendo will clarify this situation and refund the unexpected charges.

Took too long, three weeks plus. Product quality good, as expected.

Ordered a table. But Ambiendo canceled the order because they didn’t want to deliver in the Netherlands. While the website says they do and you even can order witn a delivery adress in the Netherlands. They even didn’t want to discuss a solution. Very disappointed.

Would never order in this store anymore.
Worse experience ever! A waiting time of a month from items that appear as ready to deliver! And now an invoice from DHL to pay customs… just checked on Google and no wonder why you are low rated!!!

Worst shop, can not recommend at all. We placed an order over two months ago, which still didn’t arrive. The first time we reached out, they said the product has arrived in their warehouse in Germany, and would be shipped the same week (thats 1 month ago). We reached out again to ask when it will be shipped, they said we’ll get the product the same week - that’s two weeks ago and still nothing. Can not recommend

I made my purchase on the .ch website. Under the price (in CHF), it was clearly indicated that VAT was included, which meant that the goods would be shipped from a warehouse in Switzerland, or at the very least that the Swiss VAT had already been taken care of by Ambiendo. Much to my surprise, after receiving the goods I also received an invoice for custom duties and VAT, which makes my purchase a whole lot less attractive than it seemed. Swiss buyers: beware! Ambiendo’s .ch site is misleading. The goods themselves were fine. Nothing to complain in this respect.

I am still waiting for the item I have ordered on the 20th of April. Poor communication, no initiative to update on the order unless it is prompted by me. They keep postponing the delivery date and no real effort to try resolve the issue.

Fraud. No transparency, hidden cost, months-long delays, zero communication, and no apology. I regret ever placing this order. and they will not take the order back, i have to pay myself for the retour.

And as you can see in the answer they gave, they dont want to fix their wrong. Because they already have your money. It is disgusting really

One orders on ambiendo.ch, the price is listed in CHF. However, the order comes from Germany, and for delivery in Switzerland, duties & adminstration fees are added, making your order 30% more expensive.

When I ordered there was no indication that the order could not be immediately fulfilled.
After contacting support they where able to give me the estimated shipping time which, to one day, was accurate and I got my stuff.
Since there where several federal holiday in between the total turnaround was okay for me.

Unfortunately the good came damaged and I am awaiting an answer for a week regarding the product exchange. Totally unsatisfied with the service

After several delays before shipment of my order it is now 5 weeks since start of shipment and Ambiendo is not giving any updates. After several inquiries / reminders the reply was simply "unfortunately there are currently delays with the customs documents". No new delivery date informed. The customer service is not acceptable for goods which are pre-paid!

Had ordered an item which showed 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. Its been more than a month now, since the last 3 weeks I keep following up with emails (their number mentioned is a fake since when you call in the morning it says they have high calls and later its outside their calling period)

They do manage to reply the email. What the do is tell you they have not received it and are trying to get a new delivery date. But what seems to be funny I have received 3 of the exact same mails (copy pasted). All they do I lie and do not have any delivery. I HAVE ASKED FOR A DELIVERY DATE SINCE 2 WEEKS AND THEY JUST CANNOT SEEM TO PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION.

Now I have opened a case with my credit card and hope they can give these people the same issues as they have given me

Update: furniture came over a month delayed and damaged. Tax bill followed.

I can confirm that this is a scam. I ordered outside furniture in February. I followed up after 4w of delay and they told me they have received the goods in their warehouse. That was end of March. It is end of April and there is no sign of any furniture. There is also no phone number you can call to enquire. Just save yourself the time and trouble and go for a different supplier.
