The package was successfully delivered on April 12, 2026 at 16:13 via YunExpress (Tracking #: YT2609600705985610)

The tracking details were shared at the time of shipment and were also available on the order page.

As the shipment is confirmed delivered, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or the delivery location. We have also contacted you directly to assist further if needed.

We’re sorry to see your review and would like to clarify the situation for transparency.

Your order was cancelled at your request, and the refund was successfully processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. The timeline is as follows:

- December 31, 2025 – Refund initiated immediately after cancellation
- January 3, 2026 – Refund fully completed by our payment processor

For security and compliance reasons, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. At no point were we informed that the card used was closed. If a card has since been closed, banks typically still receive and reroute refunds automatically — this must be handled directly with the card issuer.

We also want to clarify that we did respond to multiple emails explaining the situation and offering to provide refund confirmation or reference details to assist with the bank.

We take customer service seriously and strongly refute any suggestion of dishonest behavior. If you still need documentation to help locate the refund with your bank, we remain available to assist.

Hi LUCK - Seems like we couldn’t identify you or locate your purchase. Are you sure you purchased this product from our business? We noticed that you are posting images of an item that is not in our product range and looks like some image(s) are even for another brand.
In order to identify you or better understand your experience, can you send us some more details about your purchase (like the date of the purchase (if any), name, etc.?
