Very bad experience
Very bad experience. A large part of our order arrived damaged due to poor packaging, and the seller refused to take proper responsibility. Communication and customer service were extremely disappointing. We will not order from this company again.

Unbelievably bad behaviour from Ankorstore....
As a business, we supplied products via Ankorstore for years, then out of nowhere we were hit with a completely unexpected and inflated bill.
Apparently, them sending a vague, marketing-style email claiming they were “reducing fees” is enough for them to completely change their pricing model behind the scenes. In reality, the charges on our account increased by about 30% without clear warning, a transparent breakdown, or a proper agreement.
There was no obvious indication at the point of order that these new charges applied. No meaningful explanation. No clear consent. Just a retroactive invoice.
When we challenged it, things got worse:
* Immediate insistence that their terms allow them to change fees at any time
* Claims that simply using the platform equals acceptance — even without informed consent
* Aggressive emails from their accounts/legal team
* Threats of debt collection over a clearly disputed invoice
They then blocked access to our account, making it impossible to properly review or verify the charges, while still demanding payment.
Even more concerning, their communications are sloppy and unreliable, including invoice emails filled with placeholder text rather than actual information. Yet somehow, these same communications are what they rely on to justify major contractual changes.
We even offered to pay what was actually due under the original agreed terms but this was completely ignored.
Ankorstore relies on terms to change its pricing at will,
apply it without proper notice, and then aggressively pursue businesses for payment. We have been genuinely shocked by the way they have behaved and have already reported them to the DGCCRF (the French fraud regulator).
If you’re a business using Ankorstore, be extremely careful as the T&C you sign and agree to today is actually not what you’ll be charged tomorrow.

-On 15.10.2025 we sent message through Ankorstore to your brand Al Mari Anni with the following content: "Good afternoon To order 40 units I need to know the measurements (diameter) of the following products: - Chocolate cake Al Mari Anni 700g with nuts, fruits and wine - Chocolate cake Al Mari Anni Gold of 1kg filled with nuts and fruits - Christmas garland of chocolate Al Mari Anni and edible golden almonds Thank you sincerely Sandra Rocha"
-On 16.10.2025 was answered "Dear Sandra, The diameter of the cakes is: 1) 23cm 2) 23cm 3) 19,5cm 24,5cm x 24,5cm x 4cm is the size of the box Sincerely, Anastasia Kipiani"
- On the same date we made the order of 40 units and its payment that gave rise to the request n. 4628803.
-On 17.10 Ankorstore indicated that the order had been accepted by Al Mari Anni and the order was being processed for shipping.
- In this sequence, Avenida50 formalized a contract with a customer for the supply of 40 premium Christmas gifts with the detailed description of all products and which included the chocolate cake Al Mari Anni Gold of 1 kg stuffed with nuts and fruits.
Given the above, we do not understand the reasons for the refusal of the order communicated today that is unacceptable and causes contractual damages to our company in particular on the trust of our customers. This trust is invaluable to our company and we honor it every day.
Today we asked the brand Al Mari Anni for an urgent response about the reasons for not fulfilling the request 4628803 and what product alternatives they could present to us.
As you will certainly agree this way of working also undermines our confidence in recent years in Ankorstore.

I made an order from 3 suppliers…
I made an order from 3 suppliers through Ankostore. Out of the 3 none was delivered and the expected delivery date was totally made up. Finally I was refunded for 1/3, while I got credit for the second, and for the third I have been ignored and they kept 135 £ since April 2025 without replying. I have proof that the parcel was not delivered as it never reached the address indicated. Very untrustworthy.
P.S. I contacted them on by email and message before their reply on Trustpilot here. They ingnored the fact that the tracking showed that the delivery was never completed. Finally the product was returned to the brand owner Archibald. They argue that the shipping company contacted me as they were unable to deliver to the delivery address. The brand owner chose a delivery company that has a costumer service that only speaks french and refuses to speak in English which is absurd in the context of international shipping. Furthermore they removed my review published on Ankorstore for the brand owener and the experience. So do not trust the brand reviews in Ankorstore, and do not trust that they will do anything about a complaint even if they reply to the Trustpilot review acting as if they are genuinely interested in resolving the issue.

Unclear rules and no protection for sellers
We lost a lot of money on Ankorstore because of their unclear pre-order system. With normal orders, payment is captured right away, so we assumed it worked the same for pre-orders. We shipped the products as soon as possible, only to find out later that Ankorstore hadn’t captured the payment yet. When they finally tried, the payment failed - leaving us with no money and products already sent.
We contacted their support, but they offered no help or solution. In other words: sellers take on all the risk, and Ankorstore doesn’t stand behind you.
The platform should make these rules crystal clear and protect sellers from this kind of loss. Instead, we were left with nothing but frustration and a big financial hit. Disappointing and unprofessional.

This platform is not up to date
This platform is not up to date. They use old legislation in France to validate companies. In 2023 the French government legislated one national database for all businesses - the RNE. Some companies still register with the RCS but it is not mandatory for all categories. I know people in my category who belong to Ankerstore but I am not able to sign up because we register with the RNE and not RCS. Unfortunately dealing with their chat staff is useless.

2 items that I orderd were not available but on the site they were. Very disappointed.
Impossible to contact
We were always happy with ankorstore for the last 3 years. But they are making it harder and harder to contact. Now we have a problem caused by a logical error in the website. When we try to write an email, it's forwarding us to contact form. When we are trying to fill out the contact form, it directs us to the way that has a logical error, and doesn't work. we don't know how to solve this problem.
