The sales and customer complaint…
The sales and customer complaint departments have been contacted by phone and email, however, the two replies received after many days, now 10 days, were not satisfactory as the product ‘Outsunny flower pots’ were described as being suitable for balconies and terraces but they don’t have bottoms so shouldn’t be described as vases/pots but ONLY a cover for pots/vases which unfortunately isn’t described in the product description nor verified by sales and customer complaints.
Due to poor service, the professionalism certainly wouldn’t be recommended. Sicily

My address was not recorded correctly…
My address was not recorded correctly by you and when I saw this on your notification of delivery the next day, I immediately emailed you but had no response to my 6 consecutive emails. Finally 12-13 days later you responded and corrected the error, but only when I said to cancel my order and refund my payment did you respond, by notifying the Courier of correct address only then was my item delivered!
