Had a good day at aquamijas

Tbh this was a standard waterpark and we went in the middle of high season.

My kids had a great time, we got there early got sunbeds, got lockers and had an amazing day.

Staff were friendly, park was busy but not overrrun and the food was ok but tailor your expectations it’s a water park.

Been going here for years and I find it to be a decent day out . Yes you pay extra for rings to sit on so you don't have to queue for the public rings but it's worth it just not to queue for ages. You can rent a sun lounger but we just get under one of the trees with the grass umbrellas . Leave your stuff there , no one will touch it. If you have doubts them hire a locker. Yes there are extras but what do you expect, they don't do things for free anywhere. Also if you go to lidl they have vouchers which can give you up to €20 discount.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience, we went this morning arriving at 11.07 and left at 12.00 as the park is far too busy. I queued with my 10 year old daughter for one slide and moved approximately 4m with at least another 10m of the queue left, at this point we gave up. Went and spoke to the management, their attitude was its always this busy. Clearly this business is out to make as much money as possible and definitely not interested in their customers experience, let's far too many people in and then charges for beds snd rings. Avoid at all costs.

Loads of extra charges & it's expensive…

Loads of extra charges & it's expensive for what it is. This cost the same as our day at Aqualand, Tenerife (best waterpark there is) and this is no where as good. They don't supply enough rings which means people are queuing for ages to get a rings & encouraging people to buy the rings which are €8/€11 & you only get the small rings for a half day. Then you have to pay to get a lounger €6 each. Then you have to pay for a locker €10 for a family sized & €5 for a small one. It's a total racket. The locals are very rude, pushing, skipping the queues generally being loud & obnoxious. All in all, very expensive day out & not worth it.

Awful

Awful. Too over subscribed. Unsafe water slide which was clearly overcrowded. Additional charges for sunbeds and inflatables for slides- why not just provide more for use for free? Food rubbish.

OK slides but a bit shabby and…

OK slides but a bit shabby and expensive to enter then extra for locker, floats, beds etc. Lots and lots and lots of queuing in confined areas not well organised at all. They have now introduced a further problem with only allowing certain colour floats or shape of floats on each ride. Really hard to follow and even if you rent a float it may not work on all rides. Total con if you ask me as previous years it didn’t matter what colour your float was (and it shouldn’t !) Good wave machine pool. Really oversell tickets on busy summer days so very very busy. This year they ripped us off at end of day by not refunding full deposit for floats - no idea why, they didn’t explain. Not great experience , going downhill as a park.

Forewarned is forearmed.

Expensive, once you realise that your ticket doesn't pay for much.

If you buy an advance ticket at your resort, it won't allow you to get past the queues. You'll still have to exchange it for a ticket at the cash desk. You will be able to save money by doing this though.

If you want to keep your belongings safe, you have to rent a small lock box for €4. There is a cloak room service for €2.

If you want to use some of the rides, you may have to wait half an hour to use a free ring. Alternatively, you can hire inflatable rings for €7/9 each (for the day) which will enable you to join the queues straight away.

If you want sun lounger, they'll cost you €5 each.

There are grass areas where you can leave your towels, which are shaded from the sun. Your belongings are left at your own risk.

Nothing moves very quickly there. Service at the food counters was very slow.

On the way out, we were told we couldn't take a picture of our son by the entrance. We could buy one of their photos for €8 euros though.

The rides that we went on were good. My seven year old son enjoyed himself.

I want that impressed overall.

Nice place to go, to try something else then the pool or beach

This is a fairly big water park, it has many slides and the waiting in line is okay (you don't wait around all day), this is fun for everyone, you can ride the slides together with the younger kids and the older can ride more or less every thing them self if they are above 1.15 meters I think it was.

It can be a good idea to bring your own lunch, many of the "locals" does this, the selection in the fast food cafeteria is all right, but it is also a bit expensive.
