Prices are growing endlessly
I've used a server from Aruba for 10(!) years, and today I've canceled it. It was a perfect server for a personal website, but with regularly growing price, it became actually unusable. Pricing started at 1EUR, then it was 2.79EUR, then it was 4.60EUR, then they added a fee for VMWare to 5 EUR and finally, my server went from 1 to 12.09EUR monthly. For all these 10 years, Aruba has done absolutely no upgrades, just adopted traffic limits. And know what? Three days ago, they silently removed support for IPv6 on my server. Just removed the assigned subnet from the control panel and that's it. Absolutely no notification, no email. Thank you, Aruba, for these 10 years of experience, but your greed makes me leave.

Solid Infrastructure but Horrible Management Interface
While their server infrastructure is reliable and performs well, their management interface is horrific to use, requires multiple logins in different areas, is non intuitive and the console for cloud servers simply doesn't work. I am a seasoned professional and their interface just shouldn't be so difficult to use.

My complaint regarding the panel is not due to a problem that occurred, it is in general. It's slow, not intuitive, in short, it's terrible.

Clowns
Clowns. Each click in their heavily bugged UI takes 20 seconds to load. To click your way through their crap UI consisting of 3 different registrations (yes, you gotta remember 3 different passwords and random generated usernames), it really takes big chunk of strategy and a health potion. It is real pain to do any actual work on your server.
Downtimes are very common, their pricing is scammy too. They make you pay for a month and there is no way of knowing what date your server renews.
Horrible, horrible service, please avoid. Its not worth even if they would give it for free.
Stupid login system
Spent 10 eur to top up the account
And realised, that I should to login again
But password was wrong, and I faced error message when tried to recover my account

very bad service
My server has been suspended
Because of fake report and not verified by support party
My sites are not working for more than 3 days and you cannot access the server so that I can take backups or transfer it to another server.
I never recommend it
Try it and you will lose your data and your money
Great VPS Service
I have been using ArubaCloud since 2019 to host my company websites and we have had 99.9% uptime with no service issues. They have responded to my servce calls very quickly and resolved all our issues.
Arubacloud closed my account and stole all my credit on it
Im very disappointed by Arubacloud. I created an account 2 years ago and put on it 200€ for a project. The project got cancelled. I kept this account in the back of my mind knowing I could use it in the future. Past few years, I logged into my account from time to time and the last time was less than 1 year ago (03/24/2021 - have an e-mail to confirm this).
When I tried to log into this account one week ago, I tells me it doesn't exist anymore. I have never received any e-mails, or SMS, or letters warning me that my account was going to be closed ! I use Gmail so I have access to every e-mail received in last years, even in spam folder and NOTHING.
The support tells me that AS I didn't have used my credit in 12 months, they are entitled to close my account and take my money on it.
Here is what they say on their website :
"After this time, if the customer has not used this credit, it will be considered forfeited to Aruba and the customer will no longer be entitled to use it or to a refund."
But this rule is not written in the contract. This is clearly abusive practice from Arubacloud...
Even if this rule was legal and part of the contract, shouldn't they be entitled to warn us before closing our account?
Its good because its low cost
Its good because its low cost, Helped me for my personal project.
its little messy but its good and easy.
I am very satisfied with the service.
Avoid at all costs.
Avoid at all costs.
Signed up for some services over the weekend and the signup process was already a mess. With two different accounts, some stuff sent by mail, others via SMS, different password requirements between accounts, etc.
Then, I had two VPSes running with them and spent a great deal of the weekend getting them up-and-running, on monday morning, both of them go down and my account is suspended.
Apparently, they now require a photo ID... There was no prior warning, no request for photo ID during the signup-process, there is no grace-period, they just suspend your services at 8am and send you a vague message via their support system.
I've never encountered something like this. Whatever the deal is, it's clear that this company can't be trusted with any of your data, no matter how worthless it is.
Avoid this scam
Avoid this scam. Made a payment to cover all the fees for more than a year, but I am still getting emails about my account is going to be deleted, because of insufficient funds.
UPD: The customer support helped me with my issue, they offered a refund too. Still did not recommend, very problematic service, and the prices are changing rapidly.
Aruba cloud Worst experience ever.
Worst experience ever.
I paid for the service, the service worked.
Suddently the virtual machine goes down, all the data is lost.
They don't answer you to tickets after weeks, they dont' answer you calls.
The whole company is just a joke, put your investment elsewhere.
They hide under a fake icon 24 hours support while the support is 100% unexistent.
I put one star because I can't put…
I put one star because I can't put zero.
I subscribed their services this morning and charge my account with 10 euros (you can't open without put a money). I go to my account and what ! My account is suspended !!!!!!! They ask some documents to verify and validate the account, I am waiting and I wait, I wait, I wait...
I understand that you want verify the account, but in this case don't ask money before, if I want decide to go see another provider I can find a lot, especialy with poor service.
If your commercial strategy is get a one shot money, keep my first money, it is the last.
My advice if you want subscribe their services, you can, but think first.
Poor service
Poor service, after payment and after 1 day I don't have the service and the support doesn't respond. Stay away from this service
They delete you without any reason, without reason
I ordered a 2.79 ubuntu desktop, paid with revolut card.
Next day my account completley blocked, service deleted.
I didn't used ANY illegal service, I used the VPS for a short time, no traffic generated, just logged in to a website(legal) and updated firefox.
Simply they deleted me, money refunded.
