beware of Ask a an expert - they are a scam looking for your money
No where did they say 2 year subscription. nowhere did they say huge cancellation fee. no where did they say i had an account. and they were pushy and abrupt on the phone. what a scam this is.

When I entered my cc number the statement said I would be charged a ONE TIME fee of $1.00 (one dollar) when I was done I looked at my on line banking app and I was charged $56.00 (fifty six dollars and some change). I am NOT a happy camper and I do plan to escalate this. I would appreciate it if someone would contact me to rectify this.

The technician was obviously more skilled than the company rep. I was way ahead of her in terms of what I had already done to trouble shoot. She was very professional, but it took a lot of time to get to a technician….who was excellent. He couldn’t fix my problem from afar, but he gave me a lot of useful information and what he thought were the most likely problems. He was helpful and professional.
