They were great, friendly at drop off, fixed phone in about 20 minutes and even brought it out to the car for me while I waited. It's back to being perfect again and ready to use.

CPR Is honest,, upfront, knowledgable, always helpful. Our family has used their service many times,always satisfied everytime.

We were sent to a site that was 45 min away to repair. It was found that only part of repair had to be done and it required updating the claim. Assurant insisted that we get the service completed at a different repair center another 45 min away. The place we were at had the staff and parts but your online system couldn’t rebook us there. The person at the repair center we were at tried their best to work out a solution with the Assurant team and escalated this two levels of management and still could not have it resolved. They spent an hour on this. We were super happy with both repair centers but Assurant should be ashamed to treat customers like this. We ruined our day on this mess when we had so much to accomplish. I hope our feedback does not fall on deaf ears and you try to fix your system. We will definitely reach out to T-Mobile as well.

The screen has been repaired, but now I am unable to hear completely through the speaker phone.

I called once to file claim and was told I’d get an email in a few days which I didn’t so I called back. Rep saw my case in the system and contacted someone else. He told me it was a payout and gave me a confirmation number and told me that day I’d receive a payout email with my gift card. A few minutes later I got it. My first experience and I’m very happy.

I sent in my z fold 6 for the middle screen lossing the pixels and they never even looked at it and told me it had to be replaced with a huge deductible!

Terrible customer service. Insurance had the wrong phone on the policy. Sent to two different repair shops and didn't get the issue fixed. Finally after calling Insurance company multiple times and speaking with representatives that were not helpful whatsoever, I was able to get the phone repaired. Two days later the back glass is now peeling away from the phone.

Once I chose Batteries plus and set a time, I showed up and they were ready to repair my screen. Staff was very friendly and said they lost likely could have it repaired by mid day. I left them a contact number and email and they reached out 2 times. I swung up after work and grabbed my bow working phone with a new screen. Super happy with my experience and Vatteries Plus Orange City was a life saver.

Very fast repair and all genuine products . I would go again here if anything happen to my phones .. and also will recommend to my friend and family.

Repair was done quickly. Shop is a bit out of the way. I take good care of my phones with glass screen/cam protectors and dual-layer cases. My screen/cam protectors were gone when I got the phone back. The associate offered me a used plastic film cam protector which I reluctantly accepted because I felt I I wouldn't win this battle.
