live in Boca Raton
live in Boca Raton, Florida, and my area has little to no reliable AT&T coverage. Every day I struggle just to make a simple phone call to my family, and the internet is so slow that it is often unusable.
When I contact customer service, I am connected to representatives who are unable to resolve the problem. After countless calls, I still have no solution. What makes this even more frustrating is that I continue paying between $400 and $1,200 every month for services that I cannot properly use.
As a customer, I expect reliable service, honest communication, and real support. Instead, I have experienced months of frustration, lost time, and unnecessary stress.
AT&T, is this the level of service your customers deserve? I simply want the service I am paying for—or a fair resolution to this ongoing problem.

Wish I can give it 0 stars will be…
Wish I can give it 0 stars will be getting rid of them all together constant increases only to find out how much the CEO makes every year pass the word and educate as many people as much as you can so AT&T doesn’t get a dime from anyone
Y'all suck I would have better service…
Y'all suck I would have better service in a air plane than what I am getting at home. Clarksville Tennessee At and T sucksssssss.
They refuse to unlock my phone
They refuse to unlock my phone. It's completely paid off with a zero balance and yet, somehow they can't figure out how to unlock it? Filing a complaint with the FCC immediately. Horrible customer service.

I’d give 0 stars if I had the option!!! Worse customer service ever!!! Calling them to resolve a billing issue is a nightmare. Most of the time you’re waiting, then get someone u can’t understand and rude AF!!!
Not recommended AT&T
Unfortunately, my experience switching to AT&T has been extremely disappointing. I feel completely misled.
AT&T is one of the most dishonest and unreliable companies I have ever dealt with. They attract new customers with attractive offers and promises, but then fail to deliver what was promised. Instead, you end up spending hours with customer service, being transferred from one representative to another, with no real solution.
I would not recommend AT&T to anyone. If you value honesty, transparency, and good customer service, look elsewhere.
It is the worst network
It is the worst network, bad customer service and expensive cost. They just charge you out of your agreements.
Service is the worst
Service is the worst . The my love to pass you to the next person to wait and to only say we can’t verify your account . Or it just hangs up . And no one has authority to do anything but collect money.
Scammers
I honestly dont know how this company is still in business. Oh wait, maybe I do.
They are the scammiest company I have every bought services and goods from. They charged me for a phone that I was trying to purchase through the app. The app gave me an error and they still took my money. They wouldnt acknowledge I didnt receive any goods and so they just steal money and make up bull... excuses. I HIGHLY recommend no one uses this shi''y company.
Disappointed by Missing Tool After AT&T Service Visite so others…
I want to share my experience so others know to keep an eye on their belongings when an AT&T technician visits their home.
After a recent storm caused a power outage, I used my Fluke multimeter (worth about $200) to test the power to my AT&T modem, the electrical outlet, and my alarm system. When I finished, I left the multimeter in my closet near the alarm panel and the modem.
The following day, an AT&T technician came to replace my modem.
After the technician's visit, my Fluke multimeter was missing. The technician was the only person who entered my home during that time, and I have been unable to locate it.
My wife contacted AT&T to report what happened and attempted to file a complaint. She was told they could not investigate further because we had no proof. While I understand the need for evidence, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled.
If the multimeter was picked up by mistake, I would have expected it to be returned. Technicians work with tools every day and should be able to distinguish between their own equipment and a customer's property.
I'm not saying this reflects every AT&T technician, but I hope sharing my experience reminds others to secure or document valuable tools and equipment before a service appointment. I also hope AT&T takes customer concerns like this more seriously when they are reported. - Houston, TX
I don't recommend AT&T
I don't recommend AT&T, horrible costumer service, and the staff in the store at 14649 sw 56 st terrible
Never use their service, overcharged with low quality
They charged me insurance and protection without my agreement. When I asked them to remove, they said autopay has to pay 1 month in advance and can not be revoked. Even after I canceled the service within 7 days of activation, they still over-charged my bank. I called and texted but no help at all. My recommendation is Never use AT & T service in any product. The quality of their service is no good, and their customers service is extremely bad. I could rate negative star if it is available.
Had the BEST experiance at ATT Salem NH at Tuscan Village
I hsend sad an amazing experiance in the Salem NH store at Tuscan Village. I went into the store in a panic because my phone wasn't working. Justin Landry saved the day by offering me three solutions. I walked out of there with a new phone and peace of mind knowing I had a phone to contact my family.
Thank you Justin! You are the best
False charges of almost $1000
If it were possible to leave a rating of less than a star, I would have. I have been billed and made to pay for a device upgrade that never happened. After several complaints and speaking with customer service, my account was suspended. I had to pay the false 'device upgrade fees' and late fees before it was restored.
My many visits to the stores and calls to the customer service found out I never should have been charged for the upgrade that was never made.
A lot of empty promises have been made by customer service reps since October 2025 to reverse and return my money.
This corporation has stolen about $1000 from me through lies.
AT&T’s customer service left me…
AT&T’s customer service left me extremely disappointed. I experienced ongoing issues with missed calls, and the support team blamed my phone without investigating their service. They made me pay for a replacement device, which didn’t solve the problem. Calls were dropped when they had no answers, and some of them were never followed up. I was left with phones in SOS mode and no real support. Overall, their service was unreliable, and I can’t recommend them.”
They are quick to take your money and…
They are quick to take your money and sell you a product—answering calls 24/7 and acting very pleasant—but once you receive the product, there is no customer service. We bought the internet service but could never install it; the app wouldn't allow the setup to go through. We spent nearly five days trying, yet never managed to speak to anyone. The only way to get through is to claim you're a new customer—then they answer immediately—but afterwards, they put you on hold for one or two hours, and you never get an answer. Terrible customer service! Now I don't know how to return the device because, obviously, we no longer want AT&T internet. Just imagine what would happen the day the internet stops working! No one is going to help you.
One of WORST experience I have had with AT&T Billing
One of worst experience I have had with AT&T billing. Their sales person signed me up for the on going AT&T small business special of $10 per line with a price lock of two years and payoff my phone from Verizon.
INSTEAD before I even got a bill they took money out of account $306 and when I approached the sales person who signed me up to resolve this matter he said it will take them till August to solve this matter. And to top it all they billed me again for for $203.
Bring your phone numbers to AT&T and start saving big. Got 4 or more lines? Pay just $10/month per line and get unlimited talk, text, data, plus 1,000 MB of hotspot data. Price locked for 24 months. Bundle high-speed internet for only $30/month. Message me today for details.
I would strongly suggest that before you signup and give an authorization to deduct money from your account make sure they give you a BILL and you pay the BILL yourself otherwise they will take the money and you will be fighting an uphill battle to resolve the matter.
They have not even paid my phone off which was purchased from Verizon. And Verizon is after to pay their bill.
I love that nobody speaks English for…
I love that nobody speaks English for one. Two they just lie and never try to fix anything. For some reason at&t loves charging you for stuff you never asked for then tries to gaslight you. The only way to get small things done is in store. They're just as bad as Verizon
AT&T is the worst!
We switched to AT&T because Costco was doing a promotional deal. Our phones/service has NEVER worked properly. I have gone to several different AT&T stores, several different times. They have checked everything, replaced sim cards many times, and assured us it will work soon. It NEVER gets better. I have also called into AT&T support many times with the same discussions - let me check, it looks like it should be working just fine, there is nothing we can do for you. I'm so happy I switched to AT&T so I can pay full price to get a quarter of the service I'm paying for. Our phones rarely work if ever! It is especially irritating when I need my phone to work to stay in contact with my young child and I can't count on it to work. I'm beyond frustrated and as soon as I'm out of my contract I will leave AT&T and NEVER use them again!
