Avask Spain supports my business on a regular basis, and moreover, it saved my business in a critical moment.
Apart from the excellent quality of their tax services for Amazon sellers, they also had with me the personalized dedication I needed in a delicate situation I had with my Amazon Seller account.
I had my Amazon Seller account suspended, and I was desperate as the regular procedures were not yielding results after several weeks, and my business was stuck. So I decided to ask Avask for help to try to guide me on what to do, as I am a client of them for tax services. And it was the right decision to make!
Jesus from Avask Spain was very kind to give me all the support I needed, and thanks to his intervention, consultation and tips, I managed to get the account unblocked quite fast.
I remain very thankful to him, as I was feeling helpless with the unfortunate situation of the account deactivation, until I reached to Avask. Then it all changed for the better.

BE AWARE ! I sent to this company a disengagement form in February 2026 as I switched to another tax provider. To date, the disengagement process has not been completed yet. I've had to open several tickets on their customer service portal, but I'm receiving vague or automated responses. I can't get out of this loop they created, while their invoicing system continues to generate invoices for services that haven't been done at all and automatically withdraw funds from my credit card. I can only leave a very bad review; I hope to be able to completely disengage from them soon.

Very bad experience, please avoid!! They take your money and do not do the job you paid them for!!
We paid for Italian VAT and compliance filling and were working for 2 years. Later we opened France VAT and compliance filling also, but did not continue with Italian VAT. Because we did not continue with Italian VAT and did not pay for further Italian subscription for Italy they stopped doing filling for France for which we already paid for full year in advance. Jessica Rodgers as consultant is just replying generic replyies on email just to stall.
Be careful and do not get them free money, I think they do not know ehat they are doing and are just scamming.
Now we would need to go trough court to get us back what is ours.

I rarely leave reviews, but in this case I really felt I should take a moment to do so.
I have been working with AVASK during a fairly complex tax procedure with the Spanish Tax Authorities, and throughout the entire process Melania Piazza has been absolutely exceptional.
From the very beginning, she has shown incredible professionalism, patience, dedication, and attention to every single detail. She has spent a huge amount of time reviewing documentation, organizing records, checking VAT declarations, preparing responses for the tax authorities, and making sure everything was handled properly.
What I appreciated the most was not only her knowledge and professionalism, but the way she treated me as a person throughout the whole process. These past weeks have been stressful for me, and Melania has always been kind, reassuring, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me.
It is genuinely rare nowadays to find someone who cares this much about doing their job well and supporting their clients properly.
I am incredibly grateful for all the effort, hard work, and personal dedication she has shown with my case.

Extremely negative experience with AVASK. They managed our tax affairs inadequately, making errors in our OSS declarations and creating numerous issues in the management of our foreign VAT registrations and EPR obligations.
To make matters worse, our assigned consultant was changed repeatedly, sometimes every few months, forcing us to explain our entire situation from the beginning each time. This created additional confusion, delays, and an even more inefficient handling of our case.
Communication was often poor and unclear, making it difficult to obtain timely responses and resolve the issues that arose. Furthermore, we repeatedly requested a complete copy of all documentation relating to our account and compliance matters, yet more than six months later we still have not received what was requested.
We find it unacceptable to wait this long for documents that should be readily available to the client. Our experience has been characterized by errors, delays, a lack of transparency, and poor customer service.
Given the fees charged for the service, we expected a much higher level of professionalism and expertise. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing, and we cannot recommend AVASK.

Very disappointing experience with AVASK.
We used AVASK’s European packaging compliance service and requested cancellation in advance by email. Their team confirmed that they would help cancel the service as soon as possible. However, we were still charged automatically afterwards.
Despite following up, the payment has still not been fully refunded. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially as we had already clearly informed them that we wanted to cancel the service before the charge was taken.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend AVASK. Their cancellation process, communication and refund handling have been very poor.

AVASK is a serious case of fraudulent service practices.
Payment is taken immediately, but no corresponding service is delivered in any verifiable form.
After payment, communication stops. There is no proof of filings, no progress documentation, and no access credentials despite repeated requests. Updates are generic and repeated (“the team will proceed shortly”) without visible execution.
Escalation is required to obtain basic responses. Credits, when issued, are offset by new invoices, increasing total cost rather than resolving missing delivery.
