Terrible customer service. I selected Priority Mail Express, scheduled to be delivered the following day, a Saturday. This was guaranteed by USPS. It was not delivered until 4 days later. I kindly requested that customer service file a claim with USPS on my behalf, since they purchased the label, for partial reimbursement of the shipping cost due to USPS not abiding its 1-day delivery guarantee. Customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely uninformed about the Priority Mail Express guarantee. I purchase bacwater regularly and have already found an alternative to this brand.
This is the second time I’ve had an issue with them. The first time I never got my bacteriostatic water. That was about 2 years ago. I contacted them and they basically told me to bad and it’s not their problem. I recently received an order and two of the bottle had the toppers missing. I contacted them twice and never received a response. Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I’m not sure how there still in business
They charge for 2 cd day shipping and you get 10 day shipping the sad part Is when you ask then why the 4 th grade education answer is it comes up that way on our website but it's not 2 cd day that's a real dumb ass answer... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!
