I have never seen a worse finance company than this, their agents behave like goons and harass the customers a lot.

Very bad experience with bajaj app, since 15 days I'm trying to clear my upcoming emis even though app not showing payment option, facing this issue since long back, i couldn't able to issue resolve also.

Bajaj finance sub se bura or kharab or ghatiya finence hai ye company ke kam karne wale imploye gali se bat karte costumer se bahot heres karte call kar kar ke bahot taklif dete mai ye sajetion duga ke is company ke finence se koi product pe finence na kare inke charges bahot hai penalty bhi bahot lagate taklif bhi bahot dete ye company se jitna ho sake bache varna agar aap ne is company ka finence karwaya to ye log aap ka jina haram kar dege ye log bahot taklif dete

Very Bad Service & Customer Support

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Bajaj Finserv. I had already paid and cleared all my EMI dues and outstanding balance in full. My card was blocked previously, and even after clearing the complete amount, I am now facing the same issue again.

I have contacted customer care multiple times through email, but I have not received a proper solution or satisfactory response.

If all payments have been cleared, customers should not have to repeatedly contact support for the same issue. The customer service and complaint-resolution process need significant improvement.

Very poor experience. I would not recommend Bajaj Finserv based on my experience.

They are ready to sell another loan to me at lower interest to foreclose the earlier loan.... but not ready to decrease the previous loan interest instead.
Will never recommend anyone to get loan from this bank ..The whole group is fraud.

Very worst communication and employees are very arogant ... especially sonali from headquarters branch nagpur..she said the cheque will disbursed on Tuesday and it got cleared earlier Monday and they are charging irrationally higher interest rate

I have taken a personal loan from Bajaj Finserv amounting to INR 3.2 lakhs. This month, due to my salary delay, I delayed paying the EMI by 5 days. The Bajaj Finserv people started calling me and speaking very rudely.

Very high percentage of person loan I get (28-29%). Paid all emi on time but when I have some financial problem like illness and medical emergency...from few months I missed on time payment and then I faced their real face. They sent agent at my home who continueously trying to scared me and my family for do something bad with us. Very bad experience... I will say my all friends circle to never trust on Bajaj finance. Worst worst and worst....

Worst finance Bank ever . I will suggest do not go to this bank for your loan very bad service.

The bajaj finance service are looteras. I want to fore close my loan. It costs me 50000 to close that. This is ridiculous. Also ROI is very high.

This is the Worst Company Ever. Any call from Bajaj Finserv please beware that you are talking to cheaters. They are like the Wolves in sheep. They Promise one thing and execute one thing. Manipulates the person and make us the bait. Very Very Fraudulent people. The Bajaj Finserv is not having the any morals to hire such a illegitimate, Unmoral, Unethical, cheaters.

Employee's behaviour is very rude to customer... If any emi missed by chance they hit to account continuously and add ecs charges continuously as no other company does... And pressurized to customer very badly

Very poor service and such a fraud bajaj Finserv company,I took pos bajaj Emi service machine for my store ,but service was not satisfactory,i requested the machine to be returned,but even after the return request,the machine was not collected by their representatives, despite this 4 months of rental charges were deducted from my account, when I contacted them regarding the refund process,I was told that the amount would not be refunded, this is extremely disappointing and unfair,i expect Bajaj Finserv to resolve this issue and refund the wrongly deducted rental amount

There is no customer service and the loan applications are also bad

Bajaj Finance Personal Loan has been reported for its many hidden charges, constant aggressive collection calls and poor customer service. Totally FROUD 3rd party system involved in this finance company Agent 😔

The common man has to face very incompetent, undisciplined, rude collection agents and constant spam calls and all this is very scary... It is very important to file a complaint with the police station after hearing about these agents.....my personal review is "0"

I don't why this copany even exists ? Just founded to torture customers and loot them. Lot of hidden fees/costs. Fake commitments to open loans/OD etc...Whatever product you touch here is a goon.Even incase of urgency dont go for bajaj.....Loan apps are better than Bajaj.

But I dont recommend loan apps tooo. GO through nationilised banks for any loans.

They sell the customer data base to multiple people. Once you are onboarded with Bajaj THATS IT.....your life is screwed up
