No bus!!

We bought 2 tickets online from Lloret to Girona airport couple of days before the departure, just to be safe and sure we have everything sorted.
When we arrived at the bus station, there was no bus and lady was just saying fill the complaint or wait for the bus which will go tomorrow… I mean what is a complaint gonna do if we miss our flight, which was acheduled that day at 12:50!?
So, we had to take a taxi and pay extra 70€. Imagine if someone don’t have that money on their return flight…
Truly unprofessional from Segales and really stressful experience!
