Bad quality

This is the most disappointing purchase of my life. I was expecting a coat and I received a poor quality housecoat 🥲

Update: I've sent an email attaching photos comparing what's on the website with what I received.

I ordered suit jackets for a total of 1974 kr, expecting good quality. The website seemed Norwegian, but the products were made in China. When I received them, I was extremely disappointed. The jackets were of poor quality, made from thin polyester, and arrived crumpled in a black plastic bag.

They also use images from other websites, including Norwegian ones, which feels misleading. I reported this to Klarna, stating that their practices are fraudulent. Bella webshop answer response was disappointing; they offered me a 40% discount, 85% off a gift card, or the option to return the items to Albania at my expense (between 200-440 kr). This is completely unreasonable!

Currently, my case is a dispute with Klarna. I intend to report this site to the police for fraud and will warn others against shopping here. If I had used a credit card, I would have received a full refund from the bank. It's surprising that Klarna even allows this site to operate. This experience has been the worst I've ever had, and I will never shop here again!

This is a SCAM company and should be closed.

The package arrived a month later the product was way to big for me and the worst imaginable quality

Might have been better to order from temu/aliexpress. Items shipped from exactly the same warehouses that those use and a lower cost. Had to pay extra on import duties. Poor quality slippers, stitching broke withing 5 seconds of trying first slippers on. Absolutely rubbish experience from the start.

I will never buy from this again. You will never know that the products you ordered are available or not, until you receive an email informing you that some of the products in your order are not available. I wanted to cancel the whole order because I mainly need the ones that they miss, but they did not want to cancel (with the reason that they already sent the rest, without asking customer).

Based on my experience, I strongly suspect that this company may be engaging in deceptive practices.

The products I received are of appalling quality and do not match the description or images provided on their website. Despite multiple attempts to initiate a return, the merchant continuously avoids giving direct instructions on how to return the items, which only prolongs the issue. Instead, they bombard me with offers and proposals that I have repeatedly declined. Their behavior seems deliberately designed to stall the process until customers are forced to pay for poor-quality goods they do not want.

I have come across several similar reviews here on trustpilot, confirming that others have experienced the same stalling tactics. This strongly suggests that this merchant may be exploiting Klarna’s payment system to take advantage of customers.

Avoid this shop!!!!!
