My order hasn't arrived. Ordered two weeks ago. Still no correspondence about when it may arrive. If ever!

Overall a positive experience. Delivery was on time.

Slow delivery! Leather jacket from shitt material, and doesn’t fit for size. Waste off money.

The hiking gear was really amazing, the quality was amazing and it arrived on time as expected. I had a great time hiking with my new gear.

Unfortunately, my experience with Belleza Norge was very disappointing.

The lamp I received was much smaller than it appeared on the website and produced far less light than expected. In my opinion, the product did not match the presentation on the website.

When I contacted customer service, I requested to return the item. Instead of providing a straightforward return process, I was offered only a partial refund. After several emails, the best solution they offered was a total refund of only 40% of the purchase price if I kept the product.

Although I eventually accepted this offer to avoid spending even more time on the matter, I am not satisfied with how the issue was handled. I expected either a product that matched the description or the possibility of returning it for a full refund.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store. I encourage other customers to read the return policy carefully before placing an order.

Product matches description and the prices are affordable

Ordered trough bellezano last month and the website itself was easy to navigate. Tracking was the problem. Hermes had my percel sitting at a depot for five days with no update. It arrived fine eventually, but the uncertainty was frustrating
